I also love the Milani lip oils. I have gone through so many of those. I use them every night before bed.
I’ve never tried Catrice, although I’ve heard so many great things about the brand, especially the True Skin Foundation. I think it’s time I put an order in!

I’m in Mexico. I’m a red head with fair skin. I always laugh when people in the USA complain about a brands shade range. On Catrice’s USA site there are 20 shade options. On their site in Mexico there are 4. As for Amazon, they only carry one Catrice product - the HD foundation. Even that is only listed as shades 1, 2, or 3 (not even Catrice shade numbers. And the price for the HD on Amazon is about $40 USD. Mexican women are naturally beautiful. But as an immigrant here from the USA, I need all the help I can get. Unfortunately it means I walk around in makeup four shades too dark for me. 😢

I was wondering if you have a video that highlights the Catrice foundation more in depth? I just had a few more questions about it, like.. is it full, medium, or light coverage (or buildable)? and, does it dry down? Thanks for the great video!
I don’t think I ever did a full focused review on it to share but I would say it’s medium coverage but you can easily build it to full! Without any primer underneath, it has a natural finish but it doesn’t dry down to a transfer proof finish! I hope that helps. 💗

Honestly the Catrice concealer is so good! If you tend to like a thinner, hydrating formula I really think you will love it! 😍
Catrices formula is great but I found the color range available on Amazon really limited. Cool cashmere is very cool toned. I have more neutral skin and it's a bit grey on me.
I'd love for elf to do a cooler matte bite size. Like a more taupe/greige palette

Also, even in the US, smaller stores still carry Catrice. I found it at ChristmasTreeShop near me (unfortunately they closed recently😢).

I love drugstore foundations and I have many! Currently, I’m loving the new Covergirl serum foundation. It’s the new one with what looks like floating pigments. There’s definitely a learning curve with this product. Once I figured out the best application for my skin, I fell in love!
I too use Catrice foundation and but the concealer! If you buy off their website you can get foundation and concealer together for 15.30

How do you not get fall out from the SS shadows??
I’ve never really experienced fall out with the super shock shadows! I know some people do have that issue which I think is interesting because it seems to work so differently for different people!
I bought an Essence Stay & Plày gel liner (waterproof), color 03Silky nude for bottom waterline. It is subtle and SO much better than using white.

Great look!! I always love a good drugstore makeup look!! Very affordable but yet great quality!! I feel like this year in makeup is a nice natural looks and I'm all for it!! in Germany you can find Catrice at the drugstores like Rossman, Dm, in France only on websites like notino, amazon.. I livein France, but at 20 min from germany so I go often there. Yes, still drugstore, but its a little more pricey then last years. Essence only keept the price low..
Catrice is in the drugstore in South Africa as well. Truskin line relatively new though. But also really love it and the concealer. I also really like the new Maybelline Vitamin C something dropper foundation. Really light but nice coverage. Feel like it's similar to truskin but a lighter feel and bit more glossy. I also struggle with shade but got very good shade matches on these 2 which made me try them. Sometimes I'll use truskin on problem areas and the Maybelline over it full face

Israel - still sold at the drugstore (Catrice) ❤ I was also in Romania, Serbia and Montenegro in the last year, and also seen their products at drugstores.
I don’t see Catrice at Shoppers Drug Mart here in Canada anymore. The essence pure nude is a fave highlight of mine as well. I want to try the blushes in the near future 😊

What a beautiful look 😊. My favorite drugstore product is the Revolution cream bronzer. I’m working on my second one right now. I also loooove love the new Elf liquid blushes. Those are probably my new all time favorite liquid/cream blushes. I only have two shades now, I need to get more. I also love LA Girl mechanical eyeliners, of all shades. NYX Lip Liners. 😊
Edit: No I don’t think the foundation looked yellow at all. It looked like a really perfect shade match 😊

It’s not the cheapest drugstore item, but for my pale cool toned skin I SWEAR by the L’Oréal Lumi powder bronzer. There are so few truly cool toned options. Like my next choice is Park Avenue Princess.
I actually think L’Oréal with their color match line does one of the best jobs of giving choices for cool and neutral undertones but they really need to expand their shade range

In Singapore catrice has been a drugstore staple since ~2007. They're still going strong and I've been a fan of theirs and essence makeup since they launched!

Great video! I’m a drugstore girlie and I have a few of your favorites in my collection as well. YES to the ELF products! Elf is one of my all time faves. Yes to the essence baked blushes and highlighters too! I also have the Essence 16 hr powder foundation and love that as well. I like the Milani mascara that is a tubing formula and a dupe for the thrive one. I also like the elf lash xtender mascara. I love the Super Shock shadows! I have Koosh and Ritz. I thought Ritz was the end all be all... Boosh is beautiful! I love it!
My fav foundation is Catrice True match as well bc vanilla is my perfect shade. I do like applying it @ an angle with a spatula & blending it out w/ a damp beauty sponge. You look flawless!

At what point in your process do you apply sun screen? And do you apply the sunscreen before or after the facial primer?
I apply sunscreen before makeup but after skincare! Sometimes I’ll skip primer if I’m using a good glowy sunscreen.
