How do I turn the music up loud? My phone volume for conversations is ridiculously loud but the music is like listening to my grandfather whisper and yes I've turned the volume all the way up
The face shields for the Strada are out of stock. Does anyone know if the BILT shield that uses the same round mounting clips will fit this helmet? Anyone?
The communication system is "water-resistant". It can withstand some rainfall for a short amount of time but the charging ports create a weak point for water to enter the communication system which can damage the unit. Safe riding!
Hey Thomas! To be perfectly honest, this is a tough one to answer. Glasses come in all different shapes and sizes and they will fit on everyone's faces a bit differently. This may work just fine for you but it is simply not something we have the ability to answer for you until you have the ability to throw one on. I will note, we have a great return policy, ha! Safe riding! -Brandon
That's awesome! Thanks for following up with us on that. I'll be happy to pass that feedback along to the team as I am sure this will be helpful for future riders. -Brandon
It's very comfy and did protect me when hit by a car. With stock exhaust the Bluetooth in the helmet is amazing crystal clear music. But with any exhaust you need a volume booster and still can't hear clearly. Other than that I loved this helmet but since it was damaged in the crash upgrading to something with better speakers.
Hey Damon! I believe there is a 2-year warranty associated with the Bluetooth and a 5-year warranty associated with the helmet. Unfortunately, if your Bluetooth goes out after that 2 year period, there are not any block off plates to take place of the unit. Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you run into any discrepancies, always feel free to reach out to our team. We are all riders and I am sure there would be something we could figure out for you. Cheers! -Brandon
you sacrifice quality for having Bluetooth which makes the Bluetooth useless. high winds cant even hear the music let alone talking thru the Bluetooth.
I just purchased this helmet in the Atlanta area and the sales rep forgot to put the wrapping and the helmet bag back in my box. When I got home (an hour away), I noticed the base of the mouth vent had come loose and wouldn't go back in place. The seal had become out of place and now I have to drive the hour again to take the helmet back. I called the rep in the store and she told me to call the corporate office in California (rude). What kind of customer service is that? If corporate gets this post, please take better precautions when hiring employees, because I really enjoy the store. I am hoping for good service when I take the helmet back.
Where is the helmet manufactured? It's scary for a lot of people buying helmets and seeing such a low price point on a helmet but not knowing the name. Usually the brand is what people go for. Will you guys ever release a manufacturing video? How it's made kind of video? I really would like to see this name go big. I have one just a bit scared it wont hold up to names such as Arai or SHOEI if you know what I mean.
Hey McLovin, great name btw! I just grabbed the Sedici Strada Primo Helmet off my desk and the tags indicate it was manufactured in China. I would imagine the Strada Parlare will be the same. Not sure if we will ever release a manufacturing video. In regards to holding up in the event that you have to put it to the true test, I have not had the pleasure of crashing my Strada Primo just yet, ha! With that said, I have crashed a good variety of helmets from Fox, Shoei, LS2, and Leatt. I have crashed two different Fox lids, both of which were made in China and both held up very well against some rather large trees. I swear those trees just jump out at you on the trail... Everyone has a budget, products will always have pros and cons, but the price does not always dictate the quality. Comparing an Arai or a Shoei to Sedici is a challenging thing to do. It's like comparing a Kia to a BMW. Both will get you to point A to point B but you'll have some more creature comforts and flash with the BMW, ha! Cheers! -Brandon

My Bluetooth speaker won’t fully connect to my phone, it says it does but does make it actually work when I need to listen to music or have the gps,

Where can I still buy inner liners for this lid? I can't find them! Please help if you can!
Can the Bluetooth on this helmet hold up on a rainy day? I already own this exact helmet but am afraid to damage it in the rain.

Could I use this helmet if I wear glasses and use the internal visor? Or use both visors?

Hey just checking back and the helmet, fits perfectly even with prescription glasses. This helmet gets an A+!

I just got one for Christmas. My glasses fit just fine. Of course it's 14 degrees out so I haven't road tested it...

Can you remove the Sena Bluetooth device from the helmet? Or is it permanently mounted onto the helmet?
Does this helmet have a boom mike?
It certainly does! Cheers! -Brandon
What do you do when the bluetooth goes out. Is there a replacement or block off plate if you take it off

My Bluetooth keeps going out as well and I have to keep turn it on after 20 minutes of riding ..why is that ?
If I rode I'd get this helmet, idk why but it looks like something I'd wear

Can i pair with another rider with cardo slim unit?
can you use this for recording along with a gopro?
Can you play music through the bluetooth?
Yes you can't play music
@@katushka707you can or you can’t?

I don’t know why they bother putting in a internal visor if they know people are gonna put and external black visor on it
ON YX because it’s badass. Who needs to see in the dark when you can just look cool 😎
because not everyone will change out the visor.
Because wearing a helmet with solely a black visor is fucking stupid if you ride at all at night.
