Bricklaying- Blocking a doorway up (Quick)

My question is, what is a reasonable time to lay 18 blocks roughly on this type of job? baring in mind the different plumb points, making sure its a plasterboards width back etc. Id be interested to know how long it takes you guys let me know in the comments down below!
