Randy have you ever considered cooking the peaches in with the juice and sugar? Another great one from you. I look forward to Wednesday.

I did recently, it made the mash mix easier and warmed up the water quickly. It was my first attempt at moonshine so not sure how it tastes vs not cooking it. I’m doing a mash without cooking now so I’ll let you know if it’s different in taste.

Your intro photo of your finished shine and peaches looks professional, nice job.
I am looking forward to the development of “Taste-a-Vision”. All your moonshine Wednesday results look delicious. Thanks Randy.

How long does/can your store in fridge? Does it get better/stronger with time?

Great video as always Randy! Do you ever figure out the proof of the shine after all the ingredients are added?

apple pie recipe with peaches. sounds/tastes good! I add 1 gallon 130-proof moonshine to every gallon of juice. combine brown and white sugar 50/50. can't keep it in stock. longer it sets. the better it gets.

Sharpen your knife and it’ll peel easier. Great video.
