i went 3x while it was the Colorado theme and it was absolute perfection. The storyline the drinks and the simulated video being in Colorado on a train was actual video footage. Now it’s an AI loop at the bayou with music that’s horrendous does not even match the vibe. I spent $180 next door for three cocktails and had to rush to drink them because it’s not the same liquor license to the platform train. And spent $300 on the train on one and a half rounds of drinks. which i would have not cared. The video was so bad and the music was worse. Not the same!!!! this was a cheap concept extremely expensive drinks and the conductor was rude in rushing us and pulling us out of the whiskey bar next to the station 30 minutes prior to our reservation. i’m just sad to have spent $550 being rushed prior to our reservation. concept was no where near the Colorado train ride. Service was excellent bartender and waiter 10, vibe 2……before was a 10 all around.
I like the concept of this but I wonder if they went to the added expense to add motion and other sensory things to it so you really feel like the train is physically going down the tracks. Would be nice to have the floor rumble occasionally and have the entire bar shift back-and-forth especially if the scenery outside the windows simulates going through a tunnel or going around a curve. I realize that would take a lot of hydraulics and engineering and programming to do and probably cost as much as producing a Disney ride. I still want to try this when it’s in Tucson or back in Phoenix.
This is so amazing.
I've been and it is absolutely fantastic. It really is unique! Try it.
