I lived in Phoenix for about 30 years. Moving back soon. There are so many fun things to do and you always have sunny weather. Very beautiful landscape with the most beautiful weather in the winter. World Wildlife is a really great place to check out with practically every animal or mammal you can imagine. Definitely worth checking out! ♥️

First, i dont live in Phoenix or Az for that matter. But why are ppl hating on Phx? Saying its boring. What does Phx lack for it to be a place would like to live and not be boring. No point in mentioning the heat, as theres nothing that can change that.
Great video. One place I didnt see included in this video is the Japanese Friendship Garden that is located in central Phoenix. Definitely a beautiful place to visit.

That is a gorgeous place to visit. Rito's Mexican food 14th St and Garfield , family owned food is FIRE. It's to go and it's always packed but so worth it for Mexican food that's authentic

Be sure to check his videos on small towns. Forget Phoenix or Tucson. Also: check the Elevation. Flagstaff for instance gets Snow. I chose Yuma because I grew up in Portland then Seattle and HATE rain. Then I spent 30 years in snow country Idaho.

About as dumb a town as you can find but peaceful. And reasonable. Markets are full. Traffic is light. Even the cops are nice.

I visited Phoenix Arizona and been to some part of it and I really dig the hike trails. There’s more I’ve seen that could interest me if I do get a chance to go back. Wonderful place for a travel destination.

Loved the video, man. Just had a week long vacation to enjoy the water at Havasu and then explore Prescott and Sedona to checkout the housing developments up that way. Checked out Phx area earlier this year and loved it that way. Everywhere is Pricey as hell but sooooo nice. Im about to deploy to africa for a year but when i get hack i should have enough for a down payment. Heres hoping to be an AZ resident before too long.

Best thing to do in Phoenix is 1 June leave until 15 September! Unless you like being miserable from the searing heat.
As a native to Phoenix these are cool activities for the after summer times it too hot to walk to my car. During midday for most of these activities 😂 out of town people no need to move out here just visit.
That's the sad part, not being able to fully enjoy the summer(indoors with the AC). You have to travel somewhere with nice summer weather.

Valle Luna on Cave Creek north of Thunderbird! Was always one of our favorites!
Carolina’s and Comedor Guadalajara in Phoenix and Senor Taco in Tempe are my favorites.
There’s not really many good authentic ones. They’re rare. I’ve been living here for 14 years and nothing beats the delicious Mexican food in LA.

I wondered that too. He possibly commissioned it himself for his family? It seems he is considered to be the 'founding' governor and was a major Arizona protagonist. I saw it from a distance the other day and wondered what is was.

BTW- AZ Mills is 1. an outlet mall and 2. It is NOT the largest mall. Scottsdale Fashion Square is. SFS merged with two other malls- each on a different corner and then bridged. It is MASSIVE with a mix of traditional mall stores and several high-end stores. In Old Town Scottsdale, the nightlife is on Saddlebag, not Saddleberg. Piestewa Peak (aka Squaw Peak) is pronounced Pie-es-two-wah.

Any people watching this from outside AZ, you’re not missing out on much. The cost of living is slowly going up here too. The weather is hell. It’s boring and desert is boring. Literally just desert everywhere in Phoenix. They don’t even have nice trees. All AZ knows are mesquites, palo verdes and cacti. I’m honestly so happy whenever we get to go on a road trip outside of here. I don’t have many options though. My husband’s family is all here and so is mine. Think hard before you choose this state. Just saying.
