I have chronic pain also. I just got out the hospital for having covid and asthma so my oxygen got really low. Being in the hospital completly changed my life. I am so grateful to be able to just walk outside. I use to be so mean to myself. Being in chronic pain puts you in a bad head space sometimes. But we do go through things for a reason. Thank you so much for this video I really needed to see this. I am so blessed and so grateful for just being able to breathe and that is wonderful.
So grateful to be alive! Living in the Lord every day.🙏

Please add my husband and I to your prayer list. He shattered his tibia & fibula yesterday after taking a fall down our stairs . He had surgery this morning. It's going to be a long road to recovery. Preach sister! I cannot tell you how many times I recognized God's protection around me and my family! We had a similar incident as you. We were going to the Crayola factory and got a few minute late start because my mom had to take a work call. We got on the road and shortly into the trip we came upon an accident where a vehicle went through a stop sign and t- boned a car ahead of us. We got there a few minutes after it happened. My van had 4 children, my mom,sister and myself. We sat there and watched life flight come and fly off with someone in that car. We sat there and prayed for them and thanked God for his protection.
We can't wait for tragedy to remind us to count our blessings. We are creation, and we are blessed at all times, if we choose to see it.

So true Z. My apartment bldg burned down November 16/23 .
I’m still not back home yet. But girl let me tell you… I had angels with me and my Son. My unit was in the middle of the three that burned completely down. My apartment was untouched. The outside of it of course was melted, but we have all of our belongings. The other 3 families lost everything. Including their vehicles. I am so grateful. And you are beautiful

I struggled with gratefulness when i didnt have Christ in my life or a relationship with Him, i did not know that and thought i was doing all i could to feel better for myself. Now that i do, i realized ive lost what i shouldve been grateful for, even if it was not making me happy. Now i want to involve Christ and keep His ways and wisom in all future relationship. Also i just want to get to know Him more, ive already built so much trust in Him and thankfulness. Praise the Lord 🙏

You are glowing! I need to hear this. You are so right! I've been living in an awful situation. I'm finally moving out tomorrow and have been so excited. But now I'm having "fear of the unknown" and woke up so sick. Yes physically sick. Bad cold probably because I've been so worried and stressed. I'm getting my own place. Just a one room, but only my place for first time in 5 years! It's like I was meant to see this. I've told my adult daughter this myself quite a few years ago. God is good! He always pulls me out of things, has literally saved my life more than once! Thank you thank you! God bless you hon!!
@angelaharris1112 In the 70's, I made a move 2,400 miles from all I knew, including family, due to divorce. I had my dog...don't know what I'd have done without him! But, we made it. I found work, made friends and life went on. Tough times and good times. But you can do it! You will succeed. Z is right...find gratefulness in whatever is going on and it will be returned to you. A couple years ago I started a gratitude journal that was started in a fitness group I’m in. Initially it’s hard to think of things you’re grateful for but then a few weeks in the gratitudes are flying around in my mind. Recently I was in a very bad accident and my husband just boarded a plane for Shanghai so I had to deal with the mess alone and I had a hard time feeling grateful. My 3 gratitudes that day were: I’m so grateful I can still hold my children. I’m grateful for the friends that flocked to me bearing wine with tons of hugs and lastly I’m grateful I wasn’t liable!! 🤣

I taught my 4 children to find the joy and gratitude in their lives when they were little. Each evening at dinner, I would ask them about something fun, cool, or interesting they had learned, or something they were grateful for that happened to them during the day, and it made such a difference!! To this day, they find joy in their daily lives and have said about hearing emergency vehicles sirens, that they hope everyone’s okay or someone’s having a baby. It makes my mama heart happy to hear them talking that way now that they are all adults (my baby turns 19 years old on Saturday). Finding the joy or ways to be grateful definitely do help you in life!

Same thing happened to me recently. Was running late because I needed to put air in my tire, pulled up to standstill traffic from an accident that had just happened. Thank you for reminding us all to be more grateful!
So I had never hear the word “gratefulness” before. Only gratitude. I looked them up. Gratefulness is being thankful for a kindness while gratitude is just being thankful. Thank you for this video. I needed to think about both of them.

I'm always a very positive person, however this last Monday, my mother passed away! And losing her again (we didn't talk much in my adult life but her death brought back all kinds of amazing childhood memories) has been a PILL to deal with!!
I'm always telling my family, "be grateful for what we have, our life isn't perfect but we are blessed"
It is amazing how our brain affects our health, how our way of thinking affects our health!!

I have been struggling with my job and how toxic the environment it is and that I have completely lost sight of being grateful for the small things. The impact of cultivating an attitude of gratitude really is immense, one of my favourite speakers, Mike Breen, (who moved to your side of the pond quite some time ago) spoke on this at New Wine (a summer conference we have here in the UK) and it really impacted me personally as well as the majority of those who were there - I was on Ministry Team at the time and there was an incredible move of the Spirit that night. Thank you for having the courage to share this, I pray that those for whom this is a word in season will hear it and be blessed and that your faithfulness and obedience will be rewarded mightily.

I was supposed to go to a much needed hair appt last week and instead discovered water in my basement and had to cancel. I have friends in Australia who encouraged me to keep a " Victory Journal " which is just Journaling the things you are grateful for. I found one Journal that says "I choose Victory ". I was getting ready to go to work.. I was listening to someone reading my Horoscope. Just as I picked up my Victory Journal they started talking about Victory. Kind of gave me Goosebumps. I am focusing on Journaling and planning this year.

I got a diviorce last summer. I was worried about my kids constantly. And it has been very difficult. But i thank God that they are healthy. That we have a house and I have a job that can support us. And i have the most grateful children I've ever known. I am blessed. ❤

When my father passed suddenly my step mom had a quote on her bathroom mirror... "Its not about me or now, it's about eternity."(this is from a religious family, and I am too... card carrying member of the club). The thing people need to realize they need to make the choice to accept the blessing which is probably the most difficult of all. You are either all in or not at all. All in you can't go back. There is no quick fix and going back to the way you live . Come after me if you want but the feeling you may have because of it may not make you feel very comfortable. I am speaking from a christian point of view. Do what you want but in the end who knows. 😊 I am well in my soul with what I post, which is rare.

Amen! Also, don't come in agreement with negative lab results, there is power in our agreement and the things we accept. Reject it and speak over yourself that by His stripes you are healed! He came to redeem us from the curse (sickness and death) and we do not need to be subjected to those things! I speak LIFE over you and life more abundantly! About 5 years ago I had the rug pulled out from under me. I was taken to the hospital from work I don’t remember 14 days of my life, I was told I could not work I was disabled I still struggle to figure out my purpose now but I am grateful for my family, that I was blessed we came thru some tough financial situation at that time due to my loss of income we lost nothing we for sure had an angel. It took a doctor actually a team of neurologists to figure out I had medication resistant epilepsy they say have had it all my life, my children were born perfect and healthy I have so many blessings and some times I need to check myself and be grateful and thankful for what I have and continue to have. ❤❤❤❤❤

This is gospel Zabrena. I tell everyone the same thing about God protecting us when we run late and there is an accident. I always say thank you and will pay for others in line for a drink when I stop and get gas and a diet coke. A girl I attend school with witnessed me fet free drinks and food all week at lunch because I blessed others. You can't outlive God. It is impossible. My friends and family have seen it with me and have started giving back to God. Thank you for this video. I am grateful for you❤❤❤❤
