I recently went through something similar, my Aunt was on hospice, and grateful that the hospital which provided the hospice services and provides bereavement counseling. My Aunt received her hospice services at the assisted living facility where she was living. She was the one who introduced me to makeup.
I would probably not buy these, but it was fun watching you use them. Your cat is so adorable ❤
I would use these for event/glam makeup because I’m not skilled enough to do it freehand, and it would save me the frustration of trying to do it perfect when I’m getting ready for a party!

I'd try the eyeliner stencils bc I've never have been able to master the winged eyeliner look on my hooded 64 year old eyes
I'm 62 and gave up trying fancy liner techniques. Never looked right on me, plus my eyes water very easily so smearing is definitely an issue. I tightline with plum, bronzey brown, or coffee brown ---best trick for hooded eyes I ever came across. No more of that heavy-lidded, sleepy look.
I Love the concept of the stencils for a guide for your eyeshadow look and then just build off of it😍. I know it would help me because I have hooded eyes and a lot of the time I can’t get the look I want and these stencils would help so much!! Thank You Zabrena for sharing this💖
I watch a Jen Phelps and she has hooded eyes. She uses smaller brushes. Maybe that could help😊

I love that you don't have to hold them while applying the eyeshadow, and they're not hard plastic. My concern is, how long can you use them for, how many uses do you get, because at some point the glue with ware off. I guess for under 1 dollar, you can always buy more than one. I want to try these, they look like fun.
Oh yes, great question. How many uses until the glue wears off ? Zabrena says a couple but I really want to see how far you could push it.

I agree the lines are a little thick. They seem to close the eye but adding the crease color opened them right up. Not bad shopmissa! I liked that they were all quite different from each other. I hope your eyes were ok after all the demos 😖.

I think this would have helped when I first started wearing makeup but now I am 51yrs so I know what works for my eye shape so it would take me longer lining up the stencil then just applying the eyeshadow. Lol. TFS. Take care

Wow, I wasn’t expecting them stencils to do such a good job . Some were better than others but I think that comes down to personal preference. I doubt they are available in the Uk but I would pick them up or something similar if I saw them 😊

I think a stencil is good for a beginner. I learned from magazines in the 80's. So i just experiment when trying new techniques and colors.

I would like to ask for prayers tonight for a family I'm very close to. My sweet young friend was shot and killed last night while confronting the man that molested her step daughter. He shot her husband 3 times, his wounds were non life threatening, thank God, and she came around the corner he shot her. She has a 10 yr old daughter and 3 step children that adore her. Their own mother passed away last year. Those poor children are living a nightmare. So please join me in prayer for this family. Thank you all in advance ❤

These stencils are not for me because of so little eye area real estate. I think every teen girl should have proper makeup instruction for her particular features, and it's so easy now with YT tutorials. But there still needs to be objective guidance on selecting the correct colors and formulas by someone who isn't financially incentivized to sell you cosmetics. That where an independent MUA would come in..but they're expensive and not much into doing consultations with makeup newbies.
