Ooh I didn't know they had another type of nail polish line :D I can imagine how much time you spent all bent over while swatching these 30 shades, I once did a 50 bottles of polish swatching fest in 1 sitting and it was insane XD

well now i don't feel so bad about stretching 61 over the course of a week! i'm a novice and just kept thinking "why is this taking so long? how do the pros do it?"

I do wonder how much of this is just greenwashing with a bit of fearmongering, I prefer to see a brand commit and change their entire line. Step by step is fine. But I'm not sure if a separate line will add something other than just more product. I still might pick one up, the swatches looked great!!
Yes, nowhere it says that they're switching their formula not even remotely or steadily, it just looks like they're making this line to cater to people that care about "these issues" and they are losing them as customers to better brands that have understood ethics, sustainability and what we put on our bodies matter, and are 10+free, vegan, CF and even artisan. It's just greenwashing at it's finest, just like cocacola did with that green cola or fast fashion brands with their "eco socks". Making one line of business "eco" when the literal rest of your products remains the same is not real commitment, just a business tactic.
The "3 free" are not even harmful. Those chemicals are what make the nail polish last longer. There's so much misinformation about what's considered "toxic." I would rather have non vegan polish
Agree, it's greenwashing. Switching to more eco-friendly packaging or starting their own mail-in recycling program would be something to actually help the environment.
@@belladonna5904 Yeah, the only things I find that I absolutely "have" to stay away from with nail polish are formaldehyde derivatives and toluene. Toluene in particular makes my hands itch.

Okay I have to say this, as someone with 2 friends with Ph.D.'s in Chem. Please stop saying "dangerous chemicals" it's "POTENTIALLY harmful" as in if you sat in a small room with no ventilation day-in-day-out as a tech for 20-30 years you *might* develop issues or if you ingested it.. It's like Gwyneth Paltrow saying her Goop moisturizer is non-toxic (implying others are toxic).
That's a great point, I think I did probably simplify that explanation down too much - I'll adjust for future content!

So many colors! There really is something for everyone. Emflowered and Rose Gold are so nice , def my faves, but all of the colors are so pretty. Thanks for swatching!

Good work! I’ve stayed away from OPI for years as they are only 3 free. I hope they make their cult favorite shades in this new formula, then I can finally wear their classic colors
The chemicals that are part of the 3 free are not actually harmful according to Doug schoon who owns a nail expert

Honestly they have been doing an incredible job with the Nature Strong line so far! Great names, gorgeous colors. I hope they do more for each season!
Omg I love so many of these. The darker reds, purples, teal, blue and dark gray. Gorgeous!
I'm also a big fan of streaky frost polishes. Weird, I know, but I was a teenager in the 80s and that's what we had to work with. Lol I hated it back then, but now I feel so much nostalgia for them!
I didn't know OPI wasn't cruelty free though. 🙁 In this day and age you'd think they would do better.
I wish the caps were green instead of white because I thought these were gel polishes lol. Could have helped anyone to know they’re a different type to their collections of nail polish. Thanks for the review! Loved all of these. I am definitely going to pick some up.
Yeah that's a great point haha! Although I will say, the caps are slightly darker than my opi gels so I guess it's more of a super light gray 😅

I love this collection! I literally got butterflies for at least 5 colors that I was just thinking I have to have them. Almost in tears from the beauty. I love OPI, your reviews are what for me into painting my nails and specifically into opi.

I've always struggled with OPI formulas because they tend to be a little on the runny side for me, but these formulas actually look BETTER than the original.
This may have already been said by someone else, but these are cruelty free in the US. (Not cruelty free in China.)
Also in the UK according to the website FAQ
OPI is NOT crueltyfree if they sell in China!

For myself, the second the word MAUVE is mentioned, I stop paying attention. NATURAL MAUVE? Eeeesh! YOU nailed it; a soft pink shell cream! Now that's something I DID pay attention too. BIG BLOOM DEAL was the stand out for me. GREAT JOB KELLI!

So....I started writing down the shades I liked as I watched so I wouldn't forget them, and it devolved into this:

Lol! I think I may have liked some of these colors.... I love them! They seem to be great quality, great colors... I'm excited to try some! Thanks for another great video, Kelli! 💜💜
Wow! I am very impressed! I really hope OPI keeps up the environmentally friendly and sustainable polishes! I would love to see more finishes in this line! I am in love with so many of these colors! The creamy white, bright yellow and bright turquoise are on my wishlist!

Final word on this topic: I called OPI customer service due to inconsistent information: they said that while OPI does not test on animals in USA, “it is up to other countries what they do with our (OPI) products”. China, for example, tests on animals. Simply, this appears to be word games. If a company knowingly sells products to countries that test on animals, that company can’t claim to be cruelty free. I was rushed off the phone when I politely informed them that their company’s reputation is tarnished by knowingly marketing to countries who’s practices include testing on animals. Bottom line: I will continue to NOT buy OPI products nor support this company due to NOT being cruelty free worldwide.

I'm not fond of OPI, but I'd give quite a few of these colors a try. It's also refreshing to see a collection this time of year that isn't just fall colors.

I appreciate the steps they are taking to make the brand more environmentally friendly, but for me if they aren't cruelty free the effort is somewhat wasted. 🤷♀️ But thank you for the review Kelli!

Opi is my favorite polish brand. Essie is too streaky on me and doesn’t last as long on my nails and I always use a smoothing base coat. Zoya has some gorgeous colors but I have to go online for it. I don’t own any Zoya currently but I owned a blue shimmer from them a few years ago but gave it away because it started chipping a day or two later. I wash my dishes at home and wasn’t using gloves at the time. Thanks for sharing 💅🏾💅🏾

It's seriously been an outstanding year for nail polish.
Finally a natural formula that doesn’t require a special base coat and top coat and special remover! I was looking at some natural polishes earlier they are water based and you need a special sealer (base/top coat) and nail polish remover. So nice to have a polish that is natural and also I love that they used recycled materials for the packaging! Way to go OPI! Also I love edm music, also love heavy metal lol, but I’d honestly listen to anything now a days
Eco maniac is the purple creme I've been looking for! Maybe could be a tad darker but BEAUTIFUL
Edit: actually I'm enjoying all of the purples!! And the teal mother earth color 😱

Haven’t finished the video yet, but I’m interested to see if they’ll release future colors from the regular line in this one. Like how they do with the infinite shine line. This is such a cool thing for them to do and I really want to try out a color or two from this new line. Ok! Back to the video 😂

I love hearing what everyone listens to music wise. I definitely didn’t expect the EDM from you! My boyfriend listens to a lot of EDM and music around that genre so that exposed me to that type of music. I’m still a huge fan of pop punk. I also really like psychedelic rock and some of the hard rock. All that being said 90s country has a special place in my heart. Alright, enough about my music taste 😂

I am generally a diehard Zoya fan and rarely buy OPI but these swatches are making me look at this brand more and will be adding these to my repertoire!

I have a few on my cart but not sure if I’ll be able to buy them for now. Definitely into them, and definitely trying them. Any time soon… One thing I'd love from OPI is to go cruelty-free.. like how many times you have to test the same formula? So that'd be great 😄
Haha! No such thing as lazy nail artists - I'm in envy of the creativity and talent that goes into creating beautiful manicures!! I hope they go CF soon too. Is it still a requirement in China?? They need to update that law.

I bought Once and Floral right when I heard about this new line. I pretty much feel the same way as you with how good it feels to apply. I think I will wait until they go Cruelty Free before I buy anymore.

I’m yet to purchase more OPI … I have one, ‘Gelato on my Mind’ is what it’s called, I think? Haha, they really have a way with memorable names. But wow, what a range of colours here to consider purchasing, and impressive work swatching them all! I spent hours today swatching just five colours ... 30 would take me ages! 😂

That is all dependent on many factors, including your application of base and top coats, nail bed condition and temp/humidity when applied.
The What on earth or the dusty muave before the big bloom energy is a gorgeous color

They are beautiful 😍. Some of the names are so funny! I love "simply raddishing" especially since I have similar color that I love but its called espeesso which I just don't get.
I am so stocked up, even on Enchanted Polish, that I can't justify getting any of these. But, given that we are now close to fall, it's nice to see more autumnal shades rather than just summer. But I still don't need any. 😭
