Personally I'd wrap a stairset up the side and around the back to where the railing is missing. Just at 45 with ply at steps like the roll in and a deck in the middle before turning up the back. That will give you even a bit extra room and people can climb while someone drops, and it gives you some more stability if you add to it on the other side of the stairs and go bigger. Also avoids any screw ups with the stiars while dropping which would be... really bad.
Awesome to see it! The wood floor will give you a few good years no problem! You’re definitely well thought out, excited to see it come together brother!
Tom Isted, I am sure can give you some tips on tripling the height of the ramp. Mind you it would scare Kara having to even consider rolling down one of his homemade ramps, sketchy comes to mind.
you might want to dig out the bottom of the roll in and fill with crushed stone and cover with some dirt, i built many many of jumps in New England parts of the USA and we get a lot of rain and have similar terrain. you can avoid the soft ground with the technique i mentioned. probably still be fast in the rain. the dirt under the top soil does look decent but i see a lot of guys like Pilgs and Jones and they all got the same issues with there home jumps. well Sam dont anymore lol.
Wood floor sounds like a waste of wood and time. that dirt looks like shell run fast as once smoothed and packed in 🤘 😉 use that ply wood for more jumps and or Rollins haha
You have inspired me so much and I would love to have a role in In my back garden because I would be stoked to ride it everyday and it would be sick🤙🤙🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼🚵

This is what I was gonna say, ony put better
I would recommend very highly that you get some water proof paint for the ply will last so much longer
Brilliant use of Kara as a means to keeping the ply in place..!!!
Tompound is going to be so rad, stoked for y’all after all the lows over the last couple of years 🤙
Tom, you are the type of person we all want to ride with. If you ever in my neck of the woods in Idaho I would love top show you our gems.
The Tompound! That's perfect, love it! Can't wait to see all the sick stuff you will build.

The Tompound is alive! Great to see your Dad helping out in the mini ex. Speaking of which, any chance Hodgy will make an appearance to lend a hand?
Make sure to build a hand rail on the way up. You know, because you're not a complete lunatic. 😉

Awesome
It's time! Time to host a Cardy Party at the Tompound! ... 😇
This looks sick and can’t wait, but it seems like the space between the roll in and landing is too far apart?
Hope you've got face masks for Vanta Jam, it was a dust bowl at the weekend still coughing up the dust, jump big
Banger
