I mean they have expressed that neither Utah or Omni will play remotely similar as Utah (if they pursue it) will be bigger, heavier and stronger, lacking the speed, agility and jump height of Omni it's with pounce being replaced or altered in some way as it ain't leaping the way Omni does (Basically The Isle's first intentionaly accurate dinosaur)
@@Klunken16 But you can, though. It is possible to infer where ligaments attached to bones and the relative size of muscles compared to the mass of the bones and the general mass of the body.
"The Titanoboa, an extinct snake that lived in the Amazon 60-56 million years ago, is estimated to have been between 45 and 50 feet long, 3 feet wide, and weighed over a ton" its size would clearly be an advantage. its a boa meaning it would pin down large prey and crush it. being a snake it would also eat things whole and take a long time to digest. it would also be a semi aquatic species capable of taking down deinosuchas as it would likely have higher stamina.
A way to balance it is make it the slowest piece of shit on land. Likes crawling turd trying to eat things. A cool thing would be for it to pluck things (Herrerasaurus) out and from (Anything around the size of Cera and smaller unless it’s an armored herbivores) trees (yes it can climb) but also be a threat not necessarily towards adult Deinosuchus but more like adolescent Deinosuchus. My favorite playable is Troodon and my and some other people just dislike the venom it has, like yeah it gets the job done but it doesn't feel like venom, Cerato's bile feels more like venom than Troodon's actual venom. The strength in numbers is annoying since it's rare to come across a pack larger than 4-5 but it can still do really well as a Solo, especially in sanctuaries. But Troodon doesn't feel like a Night Terror, the only reason we can consider it one is the NV it has and that's it, while Dilo feels like an actual Night Terror since it actually gets a Buff at Night were venom applied is doubled
Fr i killed a fully grown cera and carno as solo because they were alone in the forest and couldn’t easily find me, it was satisfying when i won, they probably deleted the game afterwards as they got defeated by a small rat 😭💀
I don’t play the isle, I don’t have a gaming computer or a pc so that sucks, but from what I’ve seen the dilo is terrifying. First time I heard it’s screech, from a Beaver vid I think, I actually jumped because I’ve never seen a dinosaur game as terrifying as The Isle, unless JP: Survival is like Alien Isolation then it will take its place, but still
Even though Rex is my favorite I think Legacy Giga was really good, I prefer it's model over the new one it got in Evrima, the legacy Giga really captured what I liked about the animal and I really hope they keep it's sounds and make it's new animations similar to it's legacy ones because they really made it feel like an actual titan. Also I think it was more fun to play than Legacy Rex overall. And when it comes to Rex itself unless they make it weaker than the other apexes for some stupid reason I can't see it being bad, I'm not saying it should steamroll trhough the other two apexes but I think it should be more likely for Rex to take down the other two in a 1v1 than them taking Rex down, but I think it'll be good because I remember Dondi saying "if you're bigger than the Rex and he wants to fight he'll meet you half way" which I interpret as Rex having more brute strength than Giga and Spino, which it should because that's it's whole thing, if it's not the strongest carnivore you're better off calling it Tarbosaurus.
12:22 Actually the monolophosaurus doesn't just sneeze mucus, if a dinosaur steps onto the trap or gets sprayed by it, the monolophosaurus can track the dinosaur down from the smell the mucus makes. Edit: Okay maybe you will step in it, but you can find out where herds of small dinos are and make a plan to isolate them from each other how wolves do and kill them one by one.
I heard that the allo also will pounce on to dinos that are bigger, just like that scene in walking with dinosaurs when an allo jumps up on the diplodocus

Titanoboa could go up trees and swim fast, that’s two ways to get away already. Would be interesting to give it a kind of grapple as it is a constrictor
Here are some ideas I got for carcha, utah and maybe postosuchus. Carcha will be a theropod that hunts in swamps and rivers , it is a fast swimmer and has widen feets to help it not sink into mud pits. Terms of hunting, carcha will have a pull in machinic where it would use it's jaws to drag it's prey and then stand on it's hind legs like a kangaroo while using it 's arm to secure the prey doesnt run away and carcha will use it's jaws to finish it's prey. In combat, carcha has it's serrated teeth which can deal a lot of bleed and carcha is very nimble for it's size and quite fast, it can run into water if it's fighting a rex and cant win the fight but if it's a spino the carcha can use it's agility to attack the spino's tail or go for it's spine. If a carcha were attacked by a deinosuchus it can use it's quick turning speed to try and doge any attack and can use it's tail to slap at the croc and stun it. Utah is better hunting alone that in packs and is an ambush predator, it will hunt young or small dinos. Utah will have a camouflage ability which will help it blend in with it's surrounding ( this only works if utah is crouching) and can wait there until there is prey. Utah also has a pounce ability but utah cant lacth onto prey like omni instead utah will uses it's weight to pin it's prey and then starts to bite and scrath at it's prey. Psoto is a nocturnal hunter and has the ambush ability and a bone crunching bite that can be used to disable it's prey from runing away cuz posto is slow. Posto is a fast swimmer and perfers dense forest during the day as it would be harder for prey to spot it.

I like your echo location idea. I don't absolutely hate the sneezing stuff, but I think it needs to be much more useful and stronger to be worth playing. I think Mono's snot should be almost like a spider's web where it traps small creatures including humans in it's sticky hold. the creature would have to struggle out of it like a pounce. So the monos would be good for living in human bases or tight places like caves because they'd infest it with their web/snot like a spider. That would give it a sit and wait play style with the option of being a normal mobile small hunter as well.
and for bigger dinos the snot would act as a scent blocker or decoy the mono could plant to get the larger dinos off it's trail, and when too close the mono could spit the snot at a larger dino's head to temporarily disable it's bite attacks.

Body mass for example might increase health pool and/or defense but have a negative effect on stamina and/or speed. Diet might also increase or decrease chances for genetic legacy. Giving players a little more control of what genetics might improve or not and what buffs they'll get. But without the constant need for a perfect diet all the time to maintain buffs. Giving players the incentive to fatten up on a certain diet before breeding. And maybe while the young are still infants to get a bonus buff or something like that. Making parenting more important. A genetic up-breeding system where the genetics of the parents and their diets would give a chance of giving it to their offspring. Maybe make dinosaurs sniff each other to see what genetics they have for breeding. And maybe let them mark their territory to advertise their genetics for breeding and find their own species more easily by smell. Some species might even have a Alpha system where they have to fight their own species to become fertile males or get breeding buffs or debuffs. Giving a reason for grown males of the same species to fight each other over females. While other species might be more harmonious in larger groups. This system can also be used to keep group numbers of apexes smaller. Because they have reason to mistrust each other. They should also change the egg spawn system {and maybe chat} so people can advertise their genetically upgraded eggs in game and not just in menu. Also need herd {clan} support. And the possibility for adults to carry their young around depending on their species. This way they'll ad some sort of dinosaur dating/parenting sim into the game. It gives people more to do once grown. And there would actually be a reason for nesting and to protect their young. There are many ways they could make this work. And many of the needed mechanics are already in place.
i need help - whenever i try to open the isle, this message appears: DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument. Does anyone know what this means? Can anyone help? Please
i want utah to be separate to omni. bulkier, little less agile, able to pin creatures similar and slightly bigger than itself, less of a packhunter, different model. idk something like that, i dont want it just to be an op version of an omni, or a weak version of an omni, i just want omni to be the all around raptor, utah to be the bulkier one, and velo to be the smaller more agile one.
5:44 The problem with Carno is that they wanted to make him a distance runner and a fast runner and then to balance him they sacrificed his mobility which contradicts his archetype of small game hunter They should sacrifice the resistance of the Carno but give it great mobility when running, making it like the cheetah of The Isle
i have never seen like 90% of these in game are we playing the same evrima?! Is this in the official servers or what im confused. The only carnivcores i know are cera, carno, dinosuchus and pteradon
Most of these are unfortunately not in the game yet, it’s just character models/concept art/general word of mouth or descriptions from devs themselves! Sorry if it was confusing, I just enjoy speculating and everything is subject to change
Cool video man, you have good reason for all of the dinosaurs anf what place they at. Although albertosaurus needs me respect on its design to me. Like the cincept art definately sucked and doesnt show any future mechanic but its design is better than legacy to me (Please don't come after me for this). Its rex like proportion are unique to me, and it basically already tells me this thing is gonna be the oure definition of a mid tier brawler. Its mechanic for it, i have an idea but id rather bot go over it for another 24 mintues because i have too many ideas but yeah. It has potential and is really cool to me. But anyways i lived this video. Cant wait for part 2 :)
Thank you for your support man, and I totally respect your opinion. Like I said, my thoughts on Alberto are definitely subject to change, but it’s just not my fave right now. Can’t will until it releases to see what it’s really like. Thanks for watching!!
When it comes to albertosaurus, I think the only way that it will be good is if it’s a pursuit hunter. So insane massive stamina pool, with maybe a bite that helps regenerate stamina called feeding frenzy or some thing. This will allow to fill in a unique niche for tier, and will keep the nich separate from allosaurus. Similar to Lions and hyenas. Lions are ambush hunters hyenas are pursuit hunters. It plays into that allosaurus video you made so well. But all seriousness knowing that if the isle does albertosaurus is going to be really bad. That makes me very sad because I like that dinosaur a lot.
Titanoboa is huge. Its similar to what anacondas are today. So a Titanoboa would primarily be aquatic like an anaconda which spend more time in water than on land because a heavy bodied snake would have too much pressure on their body on land which harms the snake over time. Add the Titanoboa which would be another aquatic apex to kill off Deinos in the water which I do believe Titanoboa's prey included deinos much like how anacondas eat crocs and what not today. Rn deinos have very little to fear so add the Titanoboa and I think it'd be a good balance aquatic wise.
I see two issues with Titanoboa. First, it's a constrictor, meaning it kills by just slowly squeezing prey to death and swallows it whole. There is (IMO) no way to make constriction fun, and it would be completely defenceless during and after eating. Second, anacondas eat caiman. Burmese pythons eat gators, but I would be incredibly surprised if either could kill a nile or saltwater croc. For Titanoboa and Deino, the situation is much more extreme, as Titanoboa weighs about a tonne at most, whereas Deino weighs 6-8. Also, Titanoboa did not coexist with Deinosuchus, and the crocodilians it did coexist with weren't much bigger than modern crocs.
@therealkingfisher. Utahs irl likely didnt hunt in packs, and were even larger than omni is ingame. I think utah is going to be a more solo-focused playable. It's likely going to be focused on sprinting down and killing its prey. It's big enough to be a mid-tier. And if it encounters other mid tiers utah irl was robust enough to brawl. So i see it as a fast moving, larger omniraptor that isn't as focused on pack hunting and is a better hunter solo (aside from sub-apexes/apexes and sauropods.) It'd probably be in-between the size of dilo and sub carno and have similar stats to a sub cera in terms of hp and adult dilo in terms of dmg.
Utah raptor is essentially more heavily built than the Omni raptor, being slightly bigger, faster, and also very strong. It’s essentially a powerhouse for the raptors.
I'd be fine with them adding in Utahraptor if they gave it its irl niche (or something like what scientists think it may have been), but Allosaurus already basically fills that "Ambush-Grappler" niche and does it better.
I'd suggest that in order for Titanoboa to be viable (assuming it ever comes at all) it would require the best camouflage in game both on land and underwater. As unrealistic as it is for this animal, maybe a passive ability to change coloration to mimic the pattern of the nearby foliage, forest floor or riverbed. It has to be the stealthiest creature on the isle in order to work, otherwise it will just get murked by adult deinos and semi aquatics.
Im pretty sure Utah is gonna be a bigger raptor that will most likely not have a pouce as ability. Its prob gonna go more in the direction of a really agile dog fighter that uses bites, but im not sure ofc
So we have Deinosuchus, land Deinosuchus (Megalania or Titanaboa but would also terrorize from the trees), and sky Deinosuchus (Quetz) this gonna be interesting
The main difference for omni and utah is mostly that utah is bulkier and would most likely be a solitary creature, as there is no actual proof of utah raptor being a pack hunter. In other words utah would be a larger, bulkier, solitary omni
not to be a nerd, but... Utahs playstile would be more like allo's, not that this makes it more viable(competing with allo would make Utah even worse, morenao after factoring Carno and Cera)
I mean, Utah would likely have a completely different playstyle compared to omni. omni is like the extroverted hyperagile cousin of Utah. Meanwhile, Utah's weight has been compared to that of a freaking Polar Bear. It'd be the heavier, albeit slower version of a utah, excelling in solo-duo hunts by ambushing prey and making quick work of them. I for one, cannot wait to see how Utahraptor will be set apart from Omni.
charcarodontosaurus if i am spelling that right is cool. It was spinosaurus rival in north africa (And probaly won most of the time considering the fact that spinosaurs is pretty weak.)

Please

@@mchonkler7225 thanks
@@mchonkler7225 how do I do that 😭
i want utah to be separate to omni. bulkier, little less agile, able to pin creatures similar and slightly bigger than itself, less of a packhunter, different model. idk something like that, i dont want it just to be an op version of an omni, or a weak version of an omni, i just want omni to be the all around raptor, utah to be the bulkier one, and velo to be the smaller more agile one.
The Rdr2 Reference is gonna make me cry

Awesome vid dude!!! Think imma sub.
5:44 The problem with Carno is that they wanted to make him a distance runner and a fast runner and then to balance him they sacrificed his mobility which contradicts his archetype of small game hunter
They should sacrifice the resistance of the Carno but give it great mobility when running, making it like the cheetah of The Isle
Alberto's model looks like it has been taking steroids for 100 million years
Ur video is so good that i am watching (i'm brazilian)
I was under the assumption Utah was going to be a good bit heavier than Omni and its playstyles was going to reflect that.
9:41 I think the dog is mad about the giga
i have never seen like 90% of these in game are we playing the same evrima?!
@therealkingfisher. ahh ok thanks I was confused thinking I was missing something 😅.

@@therealkingfisher. You're amazing. Thank you.
Great video keep up the good work your content rocks
@therealkingfisher. Also, excuse me for my spelling. I was in a rush that day so I had to type it rather quickly that day
Thank you so much for addressing Carnotaurus, it needs serious help.
That mono idea is sooo cool
When it comes to albertosaurus, I think the only way that it will be good is if it’s a pursuit hunter. So insane massive stamina pool, with maybe a bite that helps regenerate stamina called feeding frenzy or some thing. This will allow to fill in a unique niche for tier, and will keep the nich separate from allosaurus. Similar to Lions and hyenas. Lions are ambush hunters hyenas are pursuit hunters. It plays into that allosaurus video you made so well. But all seriousness knowing that if the isle does albertosaurus is going to be really bad. That makes me very sad because I like that dinosaur a lot.
gotta agree with that rex take. that barracoota is a nice catch
You sir are criminal for putting BARY OVER FLIPPIN SPINO!
From an ex-allo main, thank you for putting him in S tier
S tier video, can’t wait for the nest part! 😌👌
Whats funny is utah raptors are actually theorized to have been featherless due to havitat and size so omni could have stayed utah
The only avenue I see for Utah to make it not redundant is to make it a big Herrera and add in the ability to glide like a Microraptor
That makes 0 sense
15:50 what dino is that? I've never seen that in the planned playables is it postosuchus?
Titanoboa is huge. Its similar to what anacondas are today. So a Titanoboa would primarily be aquatic like an anaconda which spend more time in water than on land because a heavy bodied snake would have too much pressure on their body on land which harms the snake over time. Add the Titanoboa which would be another aquatic apex to kill off Deinos in the water which I do believe Titanoboa's prey included deinos much like how anacondas eat crocs and what not today. Rn deinos have very little to fear so add the Titanoboa and I think it'd be a good balance aquatic wise.
That’s an interesting perspective…it would certainly improve its viability.
I love the Giga, I wish they kept it’s legacy model 😕
9:12 The old Giga model is Peak Isle.
Return of the king💪💪💪
THE FUCKING MUMS HOUSE DUDE HAHAHAHAH I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE AN ARG OR SMTH I AM DIEING
As an isle fan soon is my most hatted word
"Titanoboa is gonna die to anything in its path that's larger and more powerful than it"
*Meanwhile in Beasts of Bermuda...*
14:14 they are doing a nesting overhaul so this might be B tier boys
Ghost love score caught me off guard…
The titanoboa will not even be a playble😊
Who are you to say?
@@miamibrando3471 Who asked u ?
Your S tier slays
If alberto comes out i will play it bc i am bored of rex i would rate it B
I'd suggest that in order for Titanoboa to be viable (assuming it ever comes at all) it would require the best camouflage in game both on land and underwater. As unrealistic as it is for this animal, maybe a passive ability to change coloration to mimic the pattern of the nearby foliage, forest floor or riverbed. It has to be the stealthiest creature on the isle in order to work, otherwise it will just get murked by adult deinos and semi aquatics.
That would certainly make it more interesting
I miss it when Kingfisher uploaded semi-consistently 😔
I don’t (I wasn’t there)
Chunky acro lovers meet right here
Im pretty sure Utah is gonna be a bigger raptor that will most likely not have a pouce as ability. Its prob gonna go more in the direction of a really agile dog fighter that uses bites, but im not sure ofc
pls make another one of these there awesome.
Allo is S tier is deserved, no further explanation is needed lol
Absolute goat 🐐 thank you!!
So we have Deinosuchus, land Deinosuchus (Megalania or Titanaboa but would also terrorize from the trees), and sky Deinosuchus (Quetz) this gonna be interesting
Missed opportunity for mw2 2009 nuke inbound sound
The main difference for omni and utah is mostly that utah is bulkier and would most likely be a solitary creature, as there is no actual proof of utah raptor being a pack hunter. In other words utah would be a larger, bulkier, solitary omni
plesiosuarus, mesosuarus, or one of the dolphin looking ones would be dope
I know I’m late, but I did not know they’re gonna add another Apex and that is car car
not to be a nerd, but... Utahs playstile would be more like allo's, not that this makes it more viable(competing with allo would make Utah even worse, morenao after factoring Carno and Cera)
the isle should add neanderthal, denisovan, silverback, playable catfish, playable sheep
Quetz can easily use his beak as a spear , ur arm doesnt break apart when u use a spear on an elephant
i feel like what giga did well on classic was its broad cast call
When are the updates supposed to arrive?
Approximately 65 million years in the future at the earliest
Bruh deino is absolutely an alpha predator, no way it’s C tier
I mean, Utah would likely have a completely different playstyle compared to omni.
omni is like the extroverted hyperagile cousin of Utah. Meanwhile, Utah's weight has been compared to that of a freaking Polar Bear.
It'd be the heavier, albeit slower version of a utah, excelling in solo-duo hunts by ambushing prey and making quick work of them. I for one, cannot wait to see how Utahraptor will be set apart from Omni.
How do yall unlock all these dinosaurs? I only see like half of these
6:18 good boy.
I think titanoboa should be handled exactly like Paleophys in Beasts of bermuda, would be perfect
charcarodontosaurus if i am spelling that right is cool. It was spinosaurus rival in north africa (And probaly won most of the time considering the fact that spinosaurs is pretty weak.)
Man, your Utahraptor vibe is really ill informed
how do you find servers to play this on?
