The issue is some people pressure others to become something that they're not and in the process complicate something that is quite simple.

I am the "tall, dark, handsome man" you speak of who is lusted after, but here's the thing, genuinely desired, too. Ideally, a man wants balance. A man needs a woman to have that initial sexual spark (lust), followed by genuine desire. It's not "one or the other".
If a man is only lusted after, hookups are what he's good for. If a man can only be genuinly desired, that man could spend YEARS in the friendzone before that girl developes feelings of desire. Lust is the spark. Genuine desire is the fire. So, a man should strive to have BOTH.

You miss the part where you say genuine desire is built by hours of unrequited emotional and social labor, typically resulting in you being dumped before reaching a state of genuine desire. It’s easier to turn lust into genuine desire than it is to cultivate genuine desire from thin air.
You also miss the part where the modern woman gets bored, loses genuine desire, and leaves you for a lower status man she has magically found “genuine desire” for. Also known as “the nigga without a job who can sit at home and entertain her all day.”
Genuine desire is “emotional” and we all know women’s emotions are fleeting. There’s nothing pimp about genuine desire. Pimps cultivate genuine desire by putting on their suit and jewelry everyday, and by never losing their mouthpiece. You can’t be comfortable and receive “genuine desire” at the same time. Your game has to be tight.
Because that part doesn't exist. If you put hours unrequited emotional and social labor into a woman who doesn't have a genuine desire to be with you, that's where you went wrong.
What counts as "lower status man" to you? If he's handsome but broke, then that still is high status, due to his good looks and women thinking that he's such a catch as much as the typical "handsome but doesn't know it" guy to prevent him from cheating.
Ya you can’t get everything in a person. Someone might have the looks but not the money and Vice versa. No one has it all that someone might want in someone else. I think that’s why people are disappointed and are always searching for better and relationships don’t last. It’s this delusional lie they tell themselves you can always find better or someone else who has all that person wants. That’s just not realistic. Ya exactly, you want someone that likes you for you for how you treat them and what kind of person you and they are not looks money materialistic things etc. Lots of people these days get it twisted and are the opposite and lost. Genuine desire could be anything but for one thing its not being comfortable in your relationship and getting fat. Yeah, but why not max out what you have? I get what you're saying, but we don't know our genetic limit, until we put in the work to achieve it. For example the gym, I don't know my genetic limit on muscle until I've invested 6 to 10 years, which is what it would take to know my genetic limit. Once I hit it, then I'll look better than before rather my genetics suck or not. So it's a win. Also you have to work on your personality more if you're not genetically good looking, and have a nice physique/style etc etc. Be a good talker, anything to make up for the lack of looks. There's funny and charismatic. Now once you hit all that, and it still doesn't work, then I would say damn, well dude put in all this and still nada and then people can say hey dude really tried.

The problem here is that she will never spend a minute of her time if she’s not attracted to you in the first place. And the bar is so high these days. Women today want it all they want tall, rich, handsome, ect. It’s really hard out there.

I disagree. I been in sales for over a decade, and met 100s of couples. Most young men 25-40 that get married are significantly less attractive than the female. The majority of modern women now marry the stable beta male provider who she has little to no sexual interest in. It's a control thing. Not to mention, only about 10% of men are considered handsome and only about 10% are considered wealthy. Simple math will tell you, only about 1% of men have both. So no, 99% of women will never marry their dream guy. They either settle or adopt cats.

I don't think you can Ever be "money" "maxed" or "looks" "maxed" cause there's always someone better. I'm, in my own mind, in my own opinion, looks-maxxed/money-maxxed. I'm at my best in my mid 40s. I don't need "more" in both areas. I need more knowledge/abilities though. I'll maintain (put in the work/effort) the looks/money-maxxing, but that's just a routine of maintenance and somewhat improvement (with greater effort whenever I set aside time but most times I'm just doin the Same effort to maintain). Knowledge/abilities is what 'I' want to improve the most for my own sake/sanity/variety in life. So mainly broadening my reading of history and various other categories of reading (but ONLY Very quality reading so not what Most people "recommend" to read - I've tried that and been disappointed in the low-IQ sh!t people tell me I outta read - the stuff I've read and read is usually pre-1970s works where the author Missed political correctness - unless the author is pro-white I do read it anymore although I just got Anthony Robbin's recent Financial book based on Mark Dice's recommend; I've read a slew of books NO ONE else reads though, one of the most impressive/enjoyable being Robert Ardrey's "The Nature of Man" 4-book series, as well as "March of the Titans" by Arthur Kemp, and "Might of the West" by Lawrence R. Brown (only one book) and "War Through the Ages" by Lynn Montross (dry but chockfull)).
Ability I've been dabbling in/working on for a decade is Speaking/Reading Russian, simply because I like hearing, speaking this language from this people, even though I do not have an ounce of Russian or slav in me genetically, mainly Anglo-Saxon.
Other "skills" I do not care to have. I do need to work on my marksmanship more though. I've trained and continue to train hand-to-hand, but don't do nearly enough range time as I should. What's holding me back is purchasing land so that I can move freely and not be in a fixed position at the range. All this takes time.
For the past 12 years, investing has been an enormous conundrum heavily weighing on my mind at times year in and year out.
