Thank you for your thoughts! The game looks beautiful but I’m concerned about the changes they still are doing to the game… I thought it would be rather stable by now but another video pointed out several changes coming up. I’ll probably wait for retail to see some reviews about the final gameplay before getting too hyped.
@@FemmeSensei ua-cam.com/users/liveyMNfWUhKYyY?si=h0fDEj_BsNh6A7d_ there is changes to the board, fewer piers to dock the boat on and, also changes/balance? to the half points. The video is long and it is not super clear what changes has been made and when, but there are changes compared to the other previews on UA-cam.
It is ks, so there is development. The core will be the same, but they will streamlined it. Same happened with UM. I suggest backing 1 dollar, so you can access the pm and get lower prices. The pm will be open quite long time.
Exactly my thought. Watched the Brothers Murph playthrough of it and it took them an hour 45 with 2 players. Can only image with 4 from my group. 😂 Pretty bummed cuz I followed it months before the pledge opened.
Great breakdown! Unconscious Mind felt boated to me (on TTS) so I'm hopeful when you say Floe isn't. When you say players don't block each other, is there "enough" player interaction??
i watched a full playthrough of FLOE and to me it seems even more bloated than unconsious mind. FLOE feels like they rolled a d20 and then they built a game around that many different mechanisms thrown together.
Followed this for a while now, everyone is hyped about it. But it still seems to be too much going on, a bit bloated. Is a bit like endless winter. Prolly wait for retail on this to see how it goes
I've backed it, but two things bother me: 1) Don't know when it will deliver. Hard to find this info anywhere. I read on Reddit people are guessing 2026. I don't know why I backed it if it's that far off. And 2) Jonny Pac's involvement. I don't think I've enjoyed a game by him yet. "Hodge podge of mechanisms" sounds like a Jonny Pac trait and it didn't work in Endless Winter. Maybe I should get my refund now while I still can? But then reviewers I trust really like this game . . .
JFC that table presence is huge! Seems like they should have made it smaller somehow. Not sure if I"m going to back it as I don't want any games that require multiple tables to play.
Thank you for the great coverage! ✨🦉✨
Great timing Chris, just when I needed a review😀

Which video talks about changes coming up to it? This is a need to know for those considering it!

I agree. Still making too many changes. It seems very clunky and too many situational rules.
Waaay too much downtime between turns too it seems
Thanks for your perspective, this game certainly looks interesting.
Enjoyed your coverage on this title. Cheers Chris
Pls keep Beast & Dune on the shelf there and I keep watching... :)
Looks beautiful, but like Endless Winter, I would never get it to the table.

I'd forgotten about this being announced. Not sure it's for me, but does look worth following. I AM interested in ICE. Have you played/covered that?

@@Martin-zu3le100 percent agree. Very bloated
There is almost no player interaction at all, unless you count being on your cell phone for 15 mins for your next turn
@@jasonpreder5173 It's actually a lot of fun. I played it on TTS and decided to back it.
THX CHRIS.
Nice

Gonna be hard to talk myself out of this one. Probably won't succeed lol
It looks like a pride flag on the table
🤚not that there's anything wrong with that🤚
So anything colorful reminds you of a pride flag?
