Extremely moving duo. I sometimes forgot breathing. I just completed the Colin Firth movie tour! Seen them all now. Best and most charismatic actor ever! And the piano job was superb, Colin!
Before making a final judgment on this film, I took the time to watch it more than once. Now I can say that I watched a very challenging film in the plot that was carried out exhaustively. I really appreciated the courage to address certain topics
I am profundly glad to have found this endearing story, the performances are a delight, unconditional love is perceived without excesses with delicacy, preserving respect in a harmonious relationship and showing devotion to the loved one. It is an attainable perspective in human relationships. ❤
Someone has said that the gorgeous Colin Firth is getting old....so what....we are all getting old.....but...we don't all stay beautiful........COLIN DOES.......he is the most beautiful (almost) 64 year old you will ever see.....I love him so much......beautiful Colin ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I’m watching the movie now and nearing the end of the film and I’m savoring it as I wish it to continue longer. It’s so heartfelt and moving. Two of my favorite actors make this all seem so real. I love their love for each other. ❤️
An excellent film but I noticed one odd thing;can someone enlighten me? When Sam and Tusker leave the lake camp site, Sam is wearing a cable sweater. When they arrive at Clive's, he is wearing a plain grey sweater. Was that an error (when the film was edited?)or was I wrong in supposing that the journey took place on one day?

He is such an amazing actor. It's really amazing to see how he more concentrates on acting as he gets older.
