The North Carolina Zoo is one of my favorite zoos. Thank you for showcasing it.
Your filming is excellent. I wish i ever get a chance to visit this zoo.
So glad y’all got to visit my home zoo. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere but it’s positioned for easy access from the state’s three major metros (Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro).
I always tell first timers to plan for a hike with animal exhibits along the way. Luckily, most of the walking is through beautifully wooded and hilly terrain.
Great review and tour, thanks for sharing.
Such a big zoo with lots of animals. I would love to visit there.
Been here many a time, given I went to elementary school in Randolph County... You've got to come back once the Australia and Asia pavilions are complete.
The nc zoo is the largest natural habitat zoo in the world
I went here Thursday
The antelope at 15:10 are Greater Kudu, not bongo. Bongo are red
Appreciate the info
I went north carolina zoo💖
just as a little extra info for you about the animals you said where your favorite, the cougars are twins, Heath and Olive are 9 years old and have been with the zoo sense they where 3 months old. the porcupine is Rime she should be turning 4 here soon and is currently away taking part in a breeding program at another zoo
Thanks for the info
I have mixed feelings on this zoo. I love that the animals have large enclosures but when I go to a zoo, I don't want to spend most of my time walking around to get to the exhibits. Also, because the enclosures were so big.... a lot of the animals such as the Rhinos were miles out, away from guests which is wonderful for the animals but as a guest, not so wonderful when you are spending money to see them. Most of the food areas were closed as well as the gift shops when i went. The glass on some of the enclosures was very dirty and scratched and pictures came up almost like a haze on them. I did like the tram back to the front of the zoo at the end of our day. it was a decent zoo. It was not my favorite, I wouldn't be back but for $15 you definitely get your moneys worth.
Go hug a tree, Karen. 🤦🏻♂️
This is a pretty unique zoo, instead of being in major cities like Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham or the Piedmont Triad areas, it's in the middle of nowhere, and it's a major zoo.
show animals==animal facts stop talking constantly
