Hey, thanks for stopping by! Honestly, I didn’t do anything special. I had a natural birth, and my belly shrank down on its own pretty quickly after the baby popped out. I still have a long way to go to start a proper workout routine. I think work out will definitely help you in the long run and eating fewer calories than you can burn (lol easier for me to say than done)

I totally get it because teething is all a part of their natural growth. I just let my daughter be. I've found that giving babies a variety of teething toys can be a big help for them. That's sounds like the one I got . Everything goes in the mouth . And it so frustrating , because he's really really anxious to discover the world outside the crib , but just about everything he touches (except toys) is taken away . It's a baby bummer.
How old are your kiddos? The general consensus is that daycare is great for children aged 2.5-3 bc theres endless paint and games and socialisation. Before that age its not really beneficial
My son is 2, and daughter is 5 months. We’ve found a middle ground. At home childcare with someone we trust. So far it’s working for us, and when it doesn’t anymore I’ll likely quit and stay home for a couple of years

I am not sure how old your baby is, but you can set low screen time limits or no screen time and try gradually reducing screen time and engaging your child in other activities that could also be interesting.
