Hey, thanks for stopping by! Honestly, I didn’t do anything special. I had a natural birth, and my belly shrank down on its own pretty quickly after the baby popped out. I still have a long way to go to start a proper workout routine. I think work out will definitely help you in the long run and eating fewer calories than you can burn (lol easier for me to say than done)

You’re lucky that you can diy these. My baby boy wants to lick and chew on everything, so I can only give stuff that are safe to put in his mouth. No paper, foil etc.
I love all those ideas, but many of them are NOT safe for babies 6-9 months who still put things in their mouths.

I am not sure how old your baby is, but you can set low screen time limits or no screen time and try gradually reducing screen time and engaging your child in other activities that could also be interesting.

Hi, my baby will be turning a year old soon. I’m planning to bake a cake for her as well :) Is it possible to use oat flour/ almond flour in place of the regular flour you used?
Hi, I did a quick search. Looks like almond flour can't be used as a 1:1 replacement for wheat flour. There're some conversions online and I'd recommend doing a test run in advance to make sure it can work or not.
