      @@RonOnTheGrill I did it!!! Your method worked wonderfully!! I smoked mine with charcoal and applewood. It’s so good I don’t ever need fried catfish again.

    Jus found you today! Great instructions on your videos! Also, try to use a long or short spatula when doing fish to help stop breaking. Just a suggestion!
