In this video I share how tol change into teleprompter more in the HYperDeck Shuttle HD as well as creating Telep;rompter files in Microsoft Word. How to change the background to black and export in the .RTF (Rich Text Format). I also share how you can use the HyperDeck Shuttle Menu system to size the fonts, change the line spacing, the margins as well as flip vertically and horizontally. Hello, a few months ago I bought this hyperdeck, it works perfectly if I connect it with the atem mini pro or Extreme that I have. But when connected to the hdmi output of an iMac computer to record the Program signal, the hyperdeck behaves strangely, an intermittence in the signal is maintained, that is, if it has video, it goes black like the blink of an eye. Apart from looking like this, it also records like this. I have connected it to an hdmi distributor that is connected to the computer does not solve the problem. I thought that an update of the unit would solve the problem for me, but it did not. It only works well if an Atem Mini is connected in its way... I would like to be able to record from the hdmi output of the computer because that's where the signal produced comes out.
Something that also happens is that you cannot put any HDMI cable to input video to the hyperdeck because it does not receive the signal, there are some HDMI cables that do work with this unit.
If anyone knows this problem and has been able to solve it, I appreciate the help.
I have never tried to book a computer directly to any of my HyperDecks and I have three. My PC sees my ATEM when I hook it directly so not sure why your HyperDeck Shuttle does not. If you hook your camera directly does it read that? I know the Max and a PC has to extend the display or duplicate it when you hook it up. Perhaps it does see the HyperDeck as a monitor source.
@@keithbennett5179 Hi, thanks for your response. I started testing with a pc and the results were normal, I connected the pc through the HDMI output and no problem occurred.
I then connected a Mac BOOK Pro to the hyperdeck and it worked perfectly. I think that the problem that happens is in the iMac or its adapter for HDMI output and the hyperdeck is very sensitive to this problem. Normally we connect the HDMI output of the iMac to a distributor with 8 HDMI outputs and there we send a signal to projectors or LED screens and monitors, also to the hyperdeck and of all these devices, the hyperdeck is the only one that presents problems. With the tests with the PC and the Mac Book pro, I conclude that the problem is in the iMac, now I have to know how it happens. Thank you for your attention and I'll tell you what I found.

You dont have to do any of the formatting, the RTF ignores all the formatting in word

New 8.1.1 HyperDeck firmware update Sunday. Tried it and it makes some things smoother and now I can render a H264 file from Resolve and play it ok. Not a H264 file from Adobe Premier Pro. That’s a bummer.
Just wondering how do you get key and fill from the shuttle hd.
Fill and key is not available in the HyperDeck Shuttle or the HyperDeck HD.

Thank you I updated my notes on 8.1.1 update. I was able to render from DaVinci Resolve H264 and it would read it but so far no luck from Adobe Premier Pro rendering H264 files for the HyperDeck HD Plus or the New HyperDeck Shuttle HD.
@@keithbennett5179 Thanks, the palette for h.264 hyperdeck looks impressive! Did a quick test myself with QuickTime and H.264 which resulted in a .mov file. It played OK on HD+😀
