Hard call. The advantage of the New RodeCaster Video is that it has some powerful audio tools built in. Have fun learning.

I think it is a great tool for Key and Fill and add a 10g Network Recorder from BMD and then you could send and recieve video and record to a 10G drive on location. It's Thunderboldt so its like having a decklink duo card. Blackmagic Cloud Dock 2 or 4 with 10G now built in.

So to follow up, I spoke with BM support and the Media Player 10G will reference to PTP via the ethernet port. Awesome!

If you’re talking about the pre-set locations on the front of the ATEM MINI or the ATEM Extreme model those buttons have e never been updated so far. You can use Macros in the software. That’s the only way to control PnP unless you make manual changes in the software.

Why thank you Jenna! That’s was where we originally shot the podcast in my dinning room.

Once you have the buttons set up you can change anything in real time. So in the middle of a consult I can raise the brightness of a light. In fact in my studio I have three cameras and three different light levels depending on what camera I want to use because I am surrounded by four Elgato lights.

I wish there was an answer for this question. I don’t own one and they have not yet released a manual for it. I actually reached out to Blackmagic Design support and they informed me that no manual has been released for it yet, so, I’m not sure what the reason is. I asked them today what the theee button 1,2,3 do and I will let you know what they say: they sent me this link today: www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/blackmagicmediaplayer I have already read all of this and anything else I could find online.

Truest I was told it has not been released yet (Media Player 10g) the manual is still not released. The support person still has no information on what those 1,2,3 button will be side for. Not impressed with these responses!!!

You have to enable chat when you’re setting up your live stream it’s one of the choices you have to click on as well as do you want it to replay the chat when they watch the video latter in UA-cam?

@@keithbennett5179 This is not about that, but thanks, I did fix it, I just needed to put the live to Public, this was set Private, I did that and the problem desapeared, Thanks for your help and atention, you are great!

I have always used a HyperDeck. You should be a me to use OBS to play back videos. With ATEMS HyperDeck are what I believe is the best way to go in my opinion. Hope this helps.

I don’t have a Mac Studio M1!So I would read the specs for the Elgato Facecam comparability page. You do have to have a NVIDIA graphics card for the effects to work.
