Chris Farley was amazing as the Hulk!
Sinbad played a clip of this on Vibe when Chris Farley passed.

Snl of the 90s were awesome. Having Spade, Farley, and Sandler in the same group was an awesome time.
Snyder and rock too
@@imawitness33 I was wondering why Mike Myers didn't make an appearance in this sketch, since he was part of the cast in 1992. Apparently he was on leave filming the cult classic 'So I Married an Axe Murderer' at the time. Either way, this era was stacked with comedic talent.
What a talented cast then. It’s amazing that this show has lasted so long and reinvents itself regularly with new cast members.
Farley was funny. Spade is totally lame and Sanders is painfully unfunny.

Put aside the fact that Robin is NOT black, Eddie Murphy is too old to be playing "The Boy Wonder", even then when the first Batman films were being made.
I know Chris O'Donnell was older when he played Robin in the Schumacher films, but he pulled off being a boy/young man more convincingly than Eddie Murphy, who was making movies in the 80's, could.

Everything Farley did was gold.
@Phantom Alpha Chris Farley was such a physical, animated performer. I think most people would agree that his comedy genius lies in the things he would do with his body... his facial expressions, how physically active & energetic he would be, & how it went against what you would expect for his size, the little shoulder shrug & head shake thing he'd do, etc. Of course, the complete package, voice & all, would be the ideal way to enjoy his performances, but I would imagine that being deaf wouldn't take away too much, especially if you have captions & know what's being said...definitely not so much that you wouldn't get what's so funny about him. It's more likely that his comedy just wasn't wasn't your cup of tea (even though I don't think I've met anyone who doesn't love him).
I just wanna suggest, if you haven't already, watching the SNL 'Best of' Chris Farley dvd. Or at least a few of the sketches from it. My favorites are ''the food court one'' with Adam Sandler & David Spade, where he's eating Spade's fries (bwahahaha just thinking about it makes me laugh), the ''Lunch lady'' song with Sandler, ''van down by the river, and, of course, the ''Chippendale's audition'' with Patrick Swayze, which is one of the funniest tv comedy skits ever. Every time I see that skit I love Farley & Swayze a little more than before!

Except suicide ! I cooked for him in Chicago and he was nuts and funny and nuts.
He played Rugby in high school and college, he had tons of energy. But he also was doing a lot of blow before his skits, Lorne Michael's even told him he hed have to suspend him permanently if he didn't get help. Everybody loved him he was such a great guy he made everyone happy. It's so sad that he died like that

Great ol' 1992, a time where people loved DC and Marvel all together
due to depression.
Probably back then a lot of people wouldn't 100% be able to tell you which brand each of the superheroes belonged to.
Blame the same politics that made SNL no longer funny for why many "Marvel does everything better" bots still cannot deal with the MCU being the only part of Marvel making a profit... but then starting after "SP: Far From Home" that is going to change....
@312vandal Ive never been abig comic book reader but I'm a fan of the movies if they make a good one. Until the early 2000s I could probably tell you Batman and Superman was DC and Spiderman and Hulk were Marvel but not all second tier characters.
