Karlyn Bowman (Part 2)

(Part 2 of 2) Karlyn Bowman is a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. Her research areas include public opinion and polls, American politics, and the media. She regularly updates her AEI Public Opinion Studies on terrorism, the Iraq war, taxes, the environment, abortion, economic security, and other topics. She is currently co-directing an AEI-Brookings project on election demographics, entitled “The Future of Red, Blue, and Purple America.” She has contributed as a co-author or co-editor on several books, including The Permanent Campaign and Its Future and What’s Wrong: A Survey of American Satisfaction and Complaint. Widely regarded as an authority on public opinion, Ms. Bowman writes regular features for Forbes.com and The American.
