I love your video! It played a crucial role in my decision making process. I personally appreciate both options. A big thank you for providing such valuable insights!
Thanks for watching!
Have you tried SL 85S? I checked out a few videos but I can't quite tell the difference between this one and 84C.
For an xlr mic it's the budget king the Xm8500 is the best. but I now have a new category for budget mics and that is xlr and usb especially with companies like Rode making mics like that and are killing it and i wonder is behringer will do something like that
You didn’t name a single mic
Personally for my voice I prefer the sound of the SL75C. I only use the xm8500 w/ Julian Krause's sm7b EQ curve. Side not JK also has an sm57 EQ curve for the SL75C.
That's a mic I'm still yet to try out, maybe i'll get one.
Ah yes another microphone video
It's AU$45 just about everywhere right now.
I'm disappointed that the xm855 sounds very quiet with the Behringer UMC204HD. At the maximum gain level, you need to speak close to the microphone.
Well yes you do have to be working half a meter of the mic, but that's to be expected.
Please tell me. Volume level of the SL84C, BA85A microphone is greater or the same as that of XM8500?@@TechRaccoonGG
The new mic sounds so odd on your voice though it is way too bright
might be something on your end, using proper studio level headphones the sl84c sounds a lot better on my voice.
@@TechRaccoonGGListening through my audio technica headphones and it sounds super bright like the bass and fullness that was once there is now gone. It just sounds super airy luckily its not thin sounding but it does sound like it needs more gain because it is alot more quit from that distance too
@@TechRaccoonGG I would agree with @theoutsiderjess4869's assessment.
Changing to the new mic took a lot of the nice (warm) bass out of your voice - It does not sound good because of it
@buddhistsympathizer1136 fair enough
Looks like the Freddy Fazbear Mic
😂😂
Taylor wtf
