This stretch is absolutely magnificent! I LOVE to stretch (100% because of Chris) and this one is my newest favorite. I ADORE the chillout music in this!!! Especially during the ankle roll/leg stretch sequence. I've also noticed, doing some of your stretching vids over time, that I'm noticing more when I'm tensing my jaw throughout the day, so in response I relax it. This was my first Mobility class. You are right, I usually rush to start my day after a workout. I took advantage of the extra time at home during Christmas break and I will definitely do another mobility class another day. It was so great! Thank you!
These stretching videos have added so much to my workout regimen. Being over 60 I cannot skip this. Otherwise I might be fit , but I’m stiff which makes us look old . One of the best pieces of advice I got when stretching, and it may have been from you, but it’s worth repeating, is that when you begin to stretch first thing you do is release your tongue from the roof of your mouth and your jaw. It sets the tone for a good stretch 🎉.
Since I have been doing these longer and more comprehensive stretching workouts with you, I feel so much better in my body and mind. Today, as you talked about not doing a crazy amount of cardio to try to make up for not eating right, I thought again about how this stretching after strength or cardio work feels like dessert to me. I look forward to it and feel like I am giving myself a treat. Don't worry, I still eat desserts sometimes! :D

I sometimes wish I could stay strong just by stretching. 😂 Also, for anyone needing to be convinced of the need for this type of movement, look up “the fuzz speech” by Gil (forgot his last name). It’s 5 min and has a great explanation of what happens to fascia as we sleep and why we need a good stretch/movement every day!
Not only so beneficial for your body but also for your mindset. Chris provides valuable tidbits of information that makes you think about exercise/stretching/stress etc in a different light! Thank you (2nd day you’ve said you can’t out exercise a bad diet….yup I know you’re right but tell me how not to love food soooo much! I wish I could figure out the “food is for fuel” mindset…makes sense but putting it into practice is so much harder!)
Excellent stretch for the day. Definitely - doing workouts and dieting to fight calories doesn’t work in the long run. It’s more about gradually improving nutrition and increasing activity for a healthy lifestyle. When doing so, having a cheat day once in a while feels more like a reward than something to punish.
A perfect stretch for post-holiday lounging. And the talking points were exactly what we all need to hear. I stretch and do mobility on a daily basis (and have been doing so for a few years now due to stress-induced injuries) but it wasn't until I was able to fully embrace and comprehend the importance of "letting go" and having those moments of stillness that I really started to see and feel the benefits. Thank-you for always reminding us and instilling these ideas in our minds. They are so very appreciated!

So glad I did this stretch. I struggle with upper back tightness or whever it is. I have very bad posture and really need to do these stretches for my upper back etc. Having said that I totally love anything where I'm flat on the floor and those hip/lower back and leg stretches were awesome! I just finished the cardio kickboxing workout (first time doing cardio kickboxing in years) and was completely planning on doing an additional 20 minute cardio step workout but after listening to your positive, motivational and encouraging words, I decided to do this full body stretch instead. And, I am so glad I did! My hips feel amazing, my glutes feel amazing, and I feel amazing overall! I also mentioned that I daily practice either yoga or Pilates. I have now explored your channel further and must say that you am thrilled with its content! I am now working my way through your slower paced step playlist, your mobility yoga and stretch playlist, the dance sessions and also the weights (all moderated to what I can do!). As one of your shorts said, STOP SCROLLING. Everything is here on your channel. I love it. Why did I not try it earlier 😂. As Chris was talking about our past selves, following the crazy “do more cardio and then more cardio” trend, I am thinking to myself how many times, my present self, with strong muscles, core, and good balance has prevented injuries, something doing cardio every day probably would not have helped. Thank you, Chris, for all you do and today, I am especially grateful for you teaching sensible and sustainable workouts (or should I say self care?)!

Yes it did feel Good... I was thinking while Chris was sharing about how to deal with holiday time eating, and I was thinking your right we can't sustain major exercising to counter the extra foods we eat... as long as we don't sustain eating the extra food (which is so easy to do), the balance of calories in calories out will come back in balance quickly...
