True professionals who know exactly what they are doing and are alert for any deviations from SOP. The best of the best, that’s a Captain Boeing flight, takeoff and landing. There is no one better, smarter or superior than Captain Boeing. I would trust my life to this Captain any day.
@@WayCoolDog Why do you make the bold remark 'There is no one better, smarter or superior than Captain Boeing'? Are you saying that there are actually no other pilots in the world that have the same attributes as this pilot?
@@sailorman8668 - Of course many pilots do have these same attributes. I’m saying, in my eyes, there is no one better, no one smarter and no one superior to Captain Boeing.
I still remember the first publication in a Dutch magazin about the 747. I was in love with this plane and still am. I live close to Schiphol airport and still they come over. So Beautiful to watch it.
I have been binge watching anything that has to do with airplanes for months now. It takes a special kind of person to even have the nerve to WANT to transport people, let alone knowing that their lives are in their hands. Pilots deserve more respect than what they get. I certainly appreciate the crew and tell them so if I have a chance when disembarking, they got me there safe!! Taking another trip soon, can't wait because I love to fly!! Props and kudos to ALL of Pilots and Co-Pilots (even the cabin crew for taking shit off of people, you don't deserve that either)
Great video 👍 super camera angle to capture all the action whilst landing, super exciting & what a butter it was too 👌 very best wishes to you dear Captain 👨✈️🛬👍😊
As a person that doesn’t get to fly very often (haven’t been on a plane since 1994) it’s amazing to see landings and take offs. Thanks for taking those of us that never get to go anywhere on your travels 👍.
Do most cargo plane pilots like these pilots are eventually get promoted to passenger planes or do most of them just stay cargo pilots until they retire?
SO MY "FRIEND" HAS ACCESS TO A FLIGHT TRAINER - I FLEW A SINGLE ENGINE A FEW TIMES WITH MY DAD - THAT IS IT - SO AFTER 15 MINUTES TELLING ME WHAT THE 747 CONTROLS ARE - I WAS ABLE TO TAKE OFF AND LAND WITHOUT CRASHING - ACTUALLY THE COMPUTER DID - AS THE AC CAN DO EVERYTHING BUT THE PREFLIGHT START UP AND FINAL BRAKE AND TARMAC STEER
Awesome scenario!, controlling a gigantic machine like this in the sky?, humans are fantastic. Wish you very safe and successful operation and wish we passengers excellent flights
This aircraft just mesmerizes me every time I see it . My first 747 flight was around about 40 years ago . And now shes a museum piece back in south Africa. Greatest civilian aircraft ever in my personal view .
this is a fabulous camera angle..because you can see the flight deck much better and also you as the captain...this is FABULOUS...so so good to see you my friend..Blessings from the Caribbean
As smooth as changing from second gear to third gear. Superior pilot, superior airplane, superior landing. Captain Boeing always engages in the best landing ever because he is a superior pilot and anticipates any problems that may arise. An under prepared pilot is not prepared for all potent problems. Captain Boeing is always ready for ANY possible situation in the landing sequence. Love him today and always.
Capt. Boeing, I watch every video you put out and this camera angle was the best, yet! It really showed the ease and grace that you have flying the B747 and how doing so is simply second nature for you! By the way, was that idle-reverse thrust with this landing? It looked like the reverse thrust levers were not pulled as far back as I have seen in other videos. Thank you!
It was in the 2nd half of the 60s, I read about this majestic jumbo. Since then I have taken the jumbo flights ✈ on many occasions to traverse the world. Always it has been very comfortable and great flying with the 747s.
Qantas has now retired the 747-400 form the fleet. She is still thew Queen of the skies. She has taken me on many adventures the big red 'roo, but best of all, going to a big international airport overseas, and seeing her, QF 747-400, a symbol of Australia, She is ready to take me home.
'On final approach' and landing in Flight Simulator X is, of course, not really the same as in real life with a certain kind of intense beautiful feeling, but at that moment I'm just a real F/O in a Boeing 747-400.
For all it's mass the 747 is very buoyant. It took a while for pilots to get used to this. It can also perform a perfect auto-land. It was my favorite aircraft to fly on. Triple redundancy systems, plus 4 engines. Briefly the flight engineer inputs the flight plan waypoints on the keypad and it pretty much flies itself to it's destination.
I agree, I think the flight school he went to is called "Swaggin"!! When you really need them, Pilots and Surgeons need to have a little swag in them, I don't want either to be scared or lack confidence.

In May 1970, I worked at JFK, loading food into the galley's of commercial airplanes, on the midnight shift! Then, my boss told us that we were to go out to the field to load, for the very first time, a new aircraft, the gigantic 747, dwarfing anything before it in size! When I first saw this 'behemoth", with the lights on it, was like somehting out of a movie & I thought, "How could anything this big, get into the air?" I was astounded with the interior size & loved the spiral staircase leading to the second floor lounge! It was quite a sight!

Does the overhead panel miss a lot of buttons and switches? I see a rectangle shaped gap... Thought that the OP was full of circuit breakers up there... Just wondering 😁 awesome vid btw

I see pilots are 100% focus during landing, and I'm sure they get butterfly in their stomach too.

It must be incredible to control a huge machine like that with the lives of hundreds of people in your hands
This is a cargo plane.

But the passenger version of this plane is exactly flown by the same way so you re right
