- Heavy equipment mechanic Kyle Hodges started his career in the Schools North Apprentice Program (SNAP), learning his trade while in high school. He went on to become an apprentice, then journeyperson, and now owns his own business in Yellowknife. “I like to support the SNAP students and the apprentices… because it’s kind of how I got to where I am.”
