I just screamed at my daughter,” Don’t throw those away, I’m saving them” and she thought I was crazy. She said what are you going to do with those? So I showed her your video. We now have a strainer by the sink to dry tea bags. Lol. Thank you and many blessings!
Oh I love it hahaha
I’ve done that myself. I know I should feel bad, but when they are old enough to have reason when you explain, you shouldn’t be having a debate.
Natasha, I love how you always have the instructions written out for us to follow. Another brilliant use for old tea bags. TFS.
Yes 🥰 Tfs
I love these ideas. Especially the ideas that let me use what would normally be tossed in the trash. Thank you.
Aargh when I think about all of the teabags I've thrown out over the years. Thanks for sharing!
I know, right? Thanks for watching Lori!
I throw them all away! Oh well, we can start from now to save them!
I too have been saving teabags for quite some time and this is the most brilliant way to use them. Signing off to “give it a play”.
Hehe Thank you Diana, did you have fun?
Wonderfully original and well done. Now I'm dumpster diving for old tea bags!
I am new to junk journaling and your videos have been so informative and so inspiring! You have answered the questions I had before I even knew I had them! Thank you so much for your channel and all of your creations and sharing them with us. You are a true genius!
You're so original, I love it!! I've just done a Journal spread with some beautiful black and white vintage photos. I could easily see this technique in my next journal spread.... hugs from England, joie 🌿💜
Thank you so much! Yes definitely this would look awesome over black and white!
Another great idea. The tea bags really make the pages very vintage-like. Thank you for sharing.
Love this..have not seen this elsewhere. Thank you for sharing!
Looking forward to trying this.
What a brilliant idea!
You really find clever ways to alter and use things we have around us instead of buying or printing ready kits. I do appreciate that!
Have a little stash of tea bags and didn't know what to do with them. Now I know! Also excited to be able to use more magazines. TFS 🤗🦋🌻🕊️
I absolutely Love this technique and have tons of teabags...can hardly wait do try this! 💜
Ahhh this is exactly what I’ve been waiting for! I’ve tried to look for ways to use my tea bags and this is so accessible. I’ve seen them used as mini-canvases (beautiful artwork but beyond my ability) and as an added texture for master papers (I do like that extra texture) but I love how this is a simple way to age pictures! I have so many vintagy pictures but look too new and I don’t think they’d hold up to coffee/tea dying. Thank you for this!
Wow - what a great idea! I love the suitcase and map ones best. Thanks.
Natasha, that’s really really helpful and clever of you. You made a brilliant job of those magazine pages. Thank you so much xx Mags
I enjoy your videos. You write out explicit instructions as well as demonstrate. Thank you for sharing your talent.
Such a cute little journaling book and great little surprise for a journal and fun to make to keep us crafting
What a great use for those left over tea bags. Easy tutorial to understand and follow again so thank you so very much. X
So glad I found you. I learn so much watching your videos. I’m a beginner at this and love how you teach. Thank you so much!!!
I love the idea of using magazine images more than printables. Printables are cool but its sometimes difficult to find just the right one, depending on the theme of the journal. I'm also a stickler - junk journals should be made from, you know, JUNK. Stuff that would normally go in the recycle bin or the trash. Cereal boxes, magazine pages, and scraps of paper. Maybe even soda cans. This tea bag idea is cool.
Wonderful idea. You have given me inspiration.Cannot wait to try.Thanks.
Hi Natasha! I have some old vintage books with beautiful poems in them and expressions and even sayings from Shakespere! Great to do this to them
Great idea Thank You so much!

Love this. I have some vintage magazines from the 30's that would be great to do this process with. Thanks for sharing.
Oh wow! From the 30s?? Lucky you!
You always have the greatest ideas. I love the look of these.
Thank you so much Susan!!
Very interesting as I was wondering how to do this. And your tea dying video was great, yet a bit more work than I thought. When I saw the big jar filled with tea H2O and tea bags, I thought, "oh, she's stuffed papers in the jar, how easy," lol. I was dead wrong about that! I have dyed papers with tea and coffee, but not so many at a time. You're very ambitious, Natasha, and selling your beautiful journals, and all the goodies that go with them entails creativity of a higher kind. The fact that you are enjoying the process really matters to me because if I don't love what I do, then... I can see that you work hard to make your creations; and even appear to be creative on the spot as you go and I love that. I hope you see that I'm commenting on 2 videos cuz I saw them in a row. I love your videos so much and have written down your instructions (and my own little drawings when needed) for many many of them. Thank you so much for your generous sharing. XOXOJANE
Love this tip! I've got some old magazines I've been hoarding because of the vintage modern pics to use, "someday"! Someday is here! Thank you! 👍💖
