Hi Natasha, love your tags and I will use fabric for my tags today as well 😍😍 I know that you are a humorous person and I would love to capture ALL your jokes...but my English is not good enough 😥not yet but maybe in the future👍🏻 A warmly hug from an Italian lady who lives in Germany hears Spanish music, eats Greek cheese and Suisse chocolate, drinks French wine, makes vacations in Austria and follows Australian artists who games from Baltic states... Yeeeeeeaaaaah 👍🏻👍🏻🤣🤣👍🏻👍🏻🤣🤣
Natasha, "..so how's your day been? Only kidding, don't tell me, I can't hear you♥️"... 😂 That was so funny, I actually laughed out loud😂... I had to reply in the comments😂♥️ - Love this project as always - Thank you Natasha
Hello Natasha, I missed you last week. I always ♥ love your ideas! Thank you for sharing your creativity and inspiration and knowledge. Laura, Army and Marine Mom
I just LOVE your sense of humor, Natasa!! It's always such a joy to watch your tutorials! My day has been great, so far! "Can you hear me now? " 😂 Love your beautiful tags, and your creative methods! Thanks for the fun! Much love always ❤ Suzy
My day is going bettah because I so enjoy the lovely trip through your decision making process. I cannot tell you how much you have demystified this creative process, and with an elegant, delightful, carefree song in your heart shining all the way to the USA 🎉❤😊
I know what you are saying when you were talking about the small imperfections etc. Nobody expects perfection, especially in a handmade product - you are talking about a certain level of quality. We hear you! 😊 Thank you for all you share - I have learned so much from you and your videos are a complete joy. ☺️🙏💝💐
You are so real and transparent, which makes you perfection! I love your attention to detail and it really inspires me. Wonderful tags, thank you for all you do. 💖💝
These are beautiful! I love that you pay attention to details. I believe that things that we use every day should please us visually and texturally as it enhances the experience. Please keep being you - making gorgeous near-perfect things and then showing us all how we can do it, too.
If you're a nutter, you are definitely my kind of nutter :) All of your tutorials are so extremely well organized and easy to follow and I appreciate your taking the time to share your art with us. Your work is different and beautiful.
Thanks for sharing so many detail tips. It gives me confidence to continue trying new things. Your “stream of conscience “ self talk is fun and releasing in its’ honesty. 👍😁
Spot 16:32. I also embrace errors and oopsies, i call them opportunities now. To cover. Which means to decorate. Decor for decor sake is fine of course but decor to hide imperfections is pure joy. And also i love efficiencies and production lines, i consider that cozy, when i work, so your channel is my meditation therapy.
I wish people wouldn't question what we do or the way we do it. We are all different and its about being creative and doing it your way. I love the fabric tags so tactile and beautiful 😍 💕 💖 ❤ xxx
My sentiment exactly. What makes anybody the crafting police anyway? She and other content creators are just too much fun to challenge with rigid nonsense.
So beautiful Natasha. I love them. Thank you for always sharing your little tips along the way as well. Being a newbie at this I probably wouldn't have realized the benefit of folding the book page over. 😄 You are awesome with all your care and attention. Love watching your videos 💕.
Did another shift at the charity shop and this time got some "thread/dross off cuts, a bag full of useable pieces of yarns threads and narrow ribbon! The colours are dyed to matching groups, with some glitter ones too, wonderful and just perfect for tassels or making faux hand made papers, just as you have done in previous tutorials. The ribbons I got last week are the embroidered kind and are beautiful for making your book marks. They literally cost me pennies. So what I'm saying is, don't be afraid to ask in your local thrift/charity shops for this sort of thing, or have a good rummage 😀 It's amazing what gets sent to these places so either volunteer if you have even a little time to spare or make friends with those who do work at them
These are beautiful!!! Whenever I watch one of your videos, it reminds me of how the very 1st junk journal video I ever saw, and got me started making journals, was one of YOUR videos. Had I not started by seeing one of YOUR journal videos, I doubt I'd have become so excited about making them. The details in your journal making, and the list of process steps, really makes for a beautiful finished piece. I like to do details and not do sloppy work. So I really appreciate how you do too. Thank you for all your great videos. And for getting me started on making junk journals. I like how I can include my other hobbies; sewing, embroidery, beading & bead embroidery, and crocheting. Making journals is the perfect new hobby for me. I'm retired now, so this has been extra great for me. I really appreciate you. I bet you seldom know just how much you affect other peoples' lives, for the good. I love, love, love your work. Thx Austin,TX USA
You crack me up!! Even two years later, your sense of humor is so entertaining and as I watch your videos I get a kick out of the way you put them...the Natasha language, lol!! Thank you again for sharing your amazing videos and fabulous ideas even if I am watching this two years later. =)))
I don't know how to thank you enough for introducing me to this silence setter. It is so much less expensive than that other tool which I really can't afford but on top of it all I just love the way it works it goes through so much with so little effort it's unbelievable. You are an extremely talented young women. Thankyou so much for sharing your talents, time, & energy. God Bless you & keep you & your family safe & healthy.
I have made my first journal and I loved doing it! It isn’t perfect by any means and I didn’t have a lot of supplies but I had fun and the time went by so fast. I wanted to get up in the morning and work on my journal. I didn’t want to go to bed for wanting to work on my journal! It’s addictive! I have watched so many of your videos and actually you are pretty much the only one I watch now. You are so thorough and you teach so well. Your voice is relaxing too. Every time I sit down to eat I have my iPad with youtube on, watching your videos! Thank you so much for all of your help and sharing your talents with us!
That’s why your journals are so beautiful and your attention to detail makes all the difference. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Natas, you are a gem💎
Hi Natasha!!! This is Just what I needed for inspirational ideas for all the food packaging cardboard I've been hoarding! I love those tags. I learned so much about your thought process. I think you really helped me to understand why your attention to detail is so important. It's this extra attention that makes your work so beautiful and reliable. Thank you Natasha for sharing your knowledge and your ideas. Have a blessed day.
Your quality of work is top notch! Love your ideas and how you DO pay attention to those little details. I think that just shows you are proud of your work.
I love you attention to all the little details! That’s why your pieces look so beautiful and finished! Thank you for sharing all your beautiful ideas!!
Hi Natasa: Had to save this video so I wouldn’t forget. Your tags are simple, but beautiful! Will definitely have a go. Since you asked, enjoying clear, sunny, warm 86° degrees average for a few days. Thank you for inspiring and sharing your creativity. 💜😎🇺🇸
Those are beautiful. I agree with you on perfection within the limits of handmade. Handmade is supposed to look like it was NOT created by a machine but it's definitely not simply sloppy work. It's a completely different aesthetic. (I think we can get a little hung up on machine-made "perfection.") At the same time it's very important to show care and skill in the execution of things we make by hand. Thank You for this fabulous tutorial.... I just moved my Art space to a corner of the living room. I found a beautiful old desk with lots of drawers....and a bookcase I have everything I need.. Just feeling a little overwhelmed....then I saw your video....You have broken it down into 6 very manageable steps .. I have a fitted sheet that has a rip in it, I was going to put a patch on....and then I saw this video.... I now have a pile of cotton strips to tea dye... I just love sewn paper & tags it looks absolutely gorgeous I wish I could sew like you...enjoy so much watching your videos and all the ideas you share for millions to learn so relaxing making crafts..thank you Natassa
Natasha, of all the junk journalists out there, yours are the best... And no your not a complete "nutter", you are simply fantastic...I love watching and listening to you explain your process. When I try doing some of these they look like a 1st grader made them...not anywhere near as lovely as yours...so keep being a complete nutter, as we love you and your tutorials...one day I might reach your level, but I doubt it, as your are beyond creative, you are a master creator...keep it up...oh btw, how was your day...
I don’t sew and yet with how you instruct it does not matter. So I draw faux stitches and enjoy using the various glues available instead of sewn stitches. I’ve received excellent tips from you as well as ideas and inspiration. As always, thank you.
I love the way you combine encouragement to be flexible -- use whatever we have at hand -- with pointing out the small details that will really make the difference in whether the final product looks good. I just got my first sewing machine a few days ago. I can barely sew a straight line, but I just made one of these tags as my first sewn project. Even with the wobbly stitching, it's beautiful. Your projects are perfect for enabling newbies to jump on in and then improve as we go.
They're so pretty, Natasa. I love your attention to detail, you nutter you lol. Which is why I don't make things to sell because inevitably, I will mess it up. I would become so frustrated because it really doesn't matter to me. If someone took the time, and made the effort to make it, it's beautifully imperfect. And it's art.
These are lovely, and someone just gave me some upholstery fabric, so I can't wait to make some! Well, okay, I can wait a few days, because my husband kind of hinted to me that I might be getting a crop-a-dile for Christmas. So I might wait for that! I know exactly what you mean about paying attention to the details while accepting a few small imperfections. It's that fine balance that gives the quality and the charm to handmade products. Thank you for this idea! You are awesome!
I love them! I don't think you're too picky. I've made journal elements myself, not been happy with something, torn it apart to redo or fixed it in some way. Like you, if these will be sold, I'm going to make sure they're quality. Thank you for sharing your talents. I never fail to learn something or be inspired by your work.
9/15/24: I love this idea! And rubberstamps as well as images from Pinterest can also be used as a focal point in place of store-bought book card images and you can choose what you want. Pretty cool. I also love the fact that you emphasize how one should pay attention to details, I know I do, and if I don't and it comes out wrong, it bothers the heck out of me, and I will do it over again. I don't care. It just has to be correct in my book, otherwise I can't gift or sell it. There are crafters who say all the time during their tutorial how "It doesn't have to be perfect", but they usually say it when after they themselves have made a mistake. It's true, I pay close attention. Nevertheless, I thank you for that and for sharing this technique. 😃
Thank you so much Natasha, I really really enjoyed watching you create those amazing and awesome tags 🏷 they are really really awesome. And I really really get what you mean, when you said, do these things a certain way, it makes complete sense to me. And you are not a nutter!!!!!!! I really really love ❤️ them. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
Aww Natasha, you speak out what I think so often about items that are sold. Its the lovely details that matter, i am the same. Your tags are beautiful and very inspiring. Love your explanations and totally agree! Btw, my day is going fine, eventhough no time for crafting… household is calling 🙈🤷🏻♀️. Love and hugs and THANK YOU for all your work to make people happy and i love watching your videos, eventhough not a beginner, but there is always something one can learn or try out! 💕♥️🌸💕♥️🌸🌸🌸
Wow, I think this will be a scrappy Saturday morning makes for me in creating these tags. Yours came out so awesome , we hat a way to begin your day with fun in crafting. In His Grace
So glad I'm back to watching you Natasa, you made me laugh out loud. Nothing wrong with being a bit nutty, even a big bit, think all us crafters are, goes with the territory. Another great tutorial with plenty of useful detail, well done. My day? Been working as a volunteer at an Age-UK charity ( thrift ) shop all day, always come home with some goodies for my stash at fantastic prices, got some gorgeous braids will be great for covering my mistakes with, ha ha ha. Huge hugs sweetheart xxx
You stay just the way you are! Don’t change a thing! Your work is exceptionally beautiful 🌟 I’m saving my money to buy one of your Christmas journals next year. You are inspiring me to make some journals.
Your definitely not a nutter! A very clever crafter is what you are. I have just discovered your channel, I love your videos and find a lot of inspiration. Thank you
Watch this video when it first came out and thought it was wonderful and then I was gifted some beautiful flowers. Upholstery material and last night I created 9 tags. I still have to put the pepper on it but I will do that tomorrow. Thank you for this idea
Natasha your videos give me more inspiration than all the other junk journal youtubers put together. You were one of the first i discovered and after exploring youtube im back to you almost exclusively and your right here in Australia. Thankyou for sharing, cheers Gayle in Ballarat, Victoria🙂
Hi i love tag tuto's , im in love with tags and never have enough of them. I also love your channel and look forward to your videos. Thank you from my heart.
I subscribed to you because your work has a tidy-ness that most junk journal makers don't go for. That is much more my style as well. It's nice to see.
The nice thing about homemade is it's not supposed to be perfect...I love the one rule about junk Journaling ....there are no rules...do what you enjoy because perfection is in the eye of the perfectionist 😁 very nice job !
LOL.. you are hilarious! Best teacher ever.. thank you for all the effort you put into the videos for us. Thank you for the tutorials. Can't wait to try these!
Lol you always crack me up hun🤣👍🏽 your too funny . My day is good always so happy to see you post. Excellent filming and thank you for taking the time to teach us . They came out gorgeous and I'm in loooouuuhhhvvvve with fabric tags . You did a marvelous job explaining on how to elevate a busy fabric. Tfs ! Crafty hugs

Your speed is excellent - no long talking - I love that -
Thank you!
Thank you Victoria!! Ah what a great day for you volunteering and getting some goodies to play with!!
