So many crazy stories during the war. If you spent a 1000 years you still couldn't listen to them all. Each individual involved has many stories. Most of them brutal. Awful times ppl lived through but its a pleasure to learn about what happened.

@@Croatian-Knight. Ehh, the argument for soviet armour being superior isn't a straight forward answer.
T34's etc have been hugely over rated after the war. They were a decent design, but built poorly more often than not. With flawed understanding of what constitutes good protective armour as well.
This is shown when you see a lot of pictures of 34's that shattered when hit.
Shermans may have a smaller gun, but they are arguably the more complete and well rounded tank.

Those flak towers were so big that the allies tried to destroy them point blank after the war and couldn’t. So, they buried them, but you can still see the back of them if you went there to see them and can even still go inside them. You’d probably need special permission, I’d assume.

why didn't they have more of theses flack buildings in every city. My guess is they never taught they would be defending and hadn't the time or materials to construct more. If they had more it would have just dragged the battels out in the city for no return.✌️☘️

He knew only to well, that like his loyal subjects, whom fought for their beloved fuhre, to death do they part, so too would the Queen Mother's loyal subjects would do the exact same for her.
