He explained in his twitch stream that while filming this he was stabbed in the eye with rusty forceps but insisted to keep filming even with a swollen eye. He pointed out if you look close at the scene where he's holding his own head, look at his eyes on the severed head Ren. You can see its swollen. He refused to give up. He pushed through it and finished filming. Dedication to the max. Ren is not of this world. I say it all the time, Ren is an enigma.

Ren produced the entire Slaughterhouse album on his own in part because of the Kujo situation. It's a lot of work, especially because he also directs his videos, but the payoff is worth it.
@LoutTsu a good chunk for sure! But Ren said in his livestream that he specifically did everything, including mixing and mastering, himself because of that 💛.
Ren and Kit giving us a very warm welcome to the slaughter house 🔥 The wordplay wizard went off on this one! And he went a little dark too 🖤 An absolute genius at putting his struggles into art. Also while the song was written and the video filmed before his recent health dive, it certainly adds a layer to the experience of this track. Luckily he seems to have gotten through the worst of it as he’s back showing his face on instagram and even did a long twitch stream after the premiere. There were some very emotional moments, but also hopeful ones. Our sick boi can eat rice now! I am so hyped for the rest of the album! 🐰

Ren was accidentally stabbed in the eye during filming and then filmed for another hour. Check out the severed head. Spent a week blinded in the hospital . When his health crashed 2 months ago. It sorted with reinflamation of his eye. Treatments were too intense for hus body. Bacj home niw trying to accept that he won't be able to tour. I love this video. Canadian film team, but Ren did EVERTHING else.
It helps evade the copyright bots. It's not as necessary with Ren, since his team clears claims promptly, but that's probably how their software is set up for all their reactions. A waste of effort to switch the reversal off just for Ren, cos then you risk not remembering to switch it back on for other artists!
