It’s an amazing oil. Ecoboost engines will not cook oil in the turbos though. The turbos are cooled by coolant which will continue to flow after the engine turns off. This will stop after the turbos hit a safe temp. Keeps the oil cool.
Whoa I definitely did not know that. I will look into that...no wonder the EcoBoost engines hold up so well- great engineering goes a long way!
Our Fleet trucks have the twin Turbo equal boost engines and they are using the cheapest Fleet conventional oil possible, and they are having a lot of problems with oil coking.
Sorry to hear that..... sometimes its hard to get the 'powers that be' at a company to even consider a higher quality product because they get turned off by the price, but they don't consider the overall cost.
Wow that old oil with the cleaner for 15 minutes does make that flow like water.
Can wait to see a video of the differential 75w90 gear oil on that pickup.
It’s always a pleasure hearing the word of God, you’ll never know that even just one person whoever it may be would really appreciate hearing the Gospel.
Praise the Lord! and we know that His Word will not return void. Thank you for the encouragement!
Awesome! You get to work on some of the coolest vehicles and treat them to some Amsoil!!! 🎉
It is a privilege indeed! Trying to do all things to the glory of God. 1st Corinthians 10:31 😁
I highly recommend the Amsoil Signature Series if your running a turbo. Also, I really like the Dominator coolant boost to help my engine run cooler. 2.3 Ecoboost
