Biggest con for me is the military expects you to operate off of 4 hours of sleep, if you join you better get used to being tired pretty much all the time.
@@foxtrotosc4rI mean it’s a bit of both. Depending on your job at times you really can’t avoid sleep deprivation. But I agree, on rest days it’s common people to not take advantage of the time they have
Run as much as you can daily and get comfortable with being on your feet! Bootcamp is simple if you make it simple: scream loud, move fast and listen to exact instructions. Nothing more or less.
