Can I simply buy a toroidal coil (which capacitance?) and add the two 5 turn windings? What is the actual voltage coming out of the coil and going to the transducer? Is there a risk of electric shock from the transducer?

yes you do, in my case the water did not change it that much.

Where are the 3K resistors and the 1Ω / 10 watt resistor? According to the plan
