- 'Innocent Eyes' taken from "Triple Threat" by the Legendary Canadian thrash/heavy metal masters Annihilator!
Annihilator proudly present Triple Threat, which includes Annihilator’s classics performed acoustically, with band leader/guitarist/ songwriter and vocalist Jeff Waters bringing together band members Aaron Homma and Richard Hinks, Vancouver BC drummer and friend Marc LeFrance plus Ottawa session player Pat Robillard. Recorded and mixed by Waters (with Marty Sobb), this quintet recorded everything live, off the floor and in single takes at Watersound Studios in Dunrobin, Canada during late May and early June, 2016.
The release also features Annihilator’s vicious set from the 2016 Bang Your Head Festival, a set which illustrates the very best of what Annihilator is known for -tight, sharp, technically-excellent and melodic thrash metal music. "Triple Threat" includes some exclusive inside-Annihilator off-stage perspective, courtesy of Jeff Waters’ own camera, which captures further elements, flavours and detail of the band which fans will flip over.

Jeff is a musician this world needs. Annihilator rocks, live shows are amazing.
This is the reason Annihilator is the most underrated band in the world. Because they have so much versatility, and knowledge of music theory. Also their live shows almost sound better than the original tracks!

I know I'm gonna get hate for this comment but they need a true singer, Jeff is good but they need a great singer. Absolutely love Annihilator.
I feel the same way, Jeff's such a good song writer and guitarist. Having a dedicated singer really let's him go nuts with the riffs. Not that I dislike his singing, he's great, I just absolutely love albums like Carnival Diablos and All For You.
His vocals have improved a lot though, to his credit.
Jeff's vocals have improved a lot over the years, but he is aware he's not the "true" vocalists, which is why he tends to have an actual singers. He basically just fills in the role when previous vocalist leaves the band. Alto Jeff is pretty good on fast and heavy songs, for example, listen "Armed and Dangerous", he kills it on that song, and his vocals work perfectly on anything "King of the Kill" album.
Nice to hear this version, it has a kind of KISS feel to it played this way, that’s what I think anyway 😁
