- 'Fantastic Things' taken from "Triple Threat" by the Legendary Canadian thrash/heavy metal masters Annihilator!
Annihilator proudly present Triple Threat, which includes Annihilator’s classics performed acoustically, with band leader/guitarist/ songwriter and vocalist Jeff Waters bringing together band members Aaron Homma and Richard Hinks, Vancouver BC drummer and friend Marc LeFrance plus Ottawa session player Pat Robillard. Recorded and mixed by Waters (with Marty Sobb), this quintet recorded everything live, off the floor and in single takes at Watersound Studios in Dunrobin, Canada during late May and early June, 2016.
The release also features Annihilator’s vicious set from the 2016 Bang Your Head Festival, a set which illustrates the very best of what Annihilator is known for -tight, sharp, technically-excellent and melodic thrash metal music. "Triple Threat" includes some exclusive inside-Annihilator off-stage perspective, courtesy of Jeff Waters’ own camera, which captures further elements, flavours and detail of the band which fans will flip over.

As always, you guys are amazing! I turn 30 this year and look back to when I first heard you guys when just starting high school. Annihilator and Testament along with many other thrash bands kept me going.

Hey Jeff! Lots of acoustic stuff these days, it's great and maybe you're bored of the usual but awesome to hear any new riffs like warbird or invite it or something, nobody else does it like that lol
Who’s the guy singing, and why? I thought Jeff was on full-time vocal duties.
Marc Lafrance, I think they bought him on board just for Triple Threat, for songs that Jeff doesn't sing.

When will albums Criteria for a Black Widow, Carnival Diablos and Metal be put onto streaming services?
Criteria and Carnival are both on spotify as far as I'm aware. Metal isn't I don't think.

@KingOfStillwater Boss I don’t know if that’s a thing? Hmm interesting…it’s a shame though that they aren’t on there for you. However they’ve only been on there for a couple of months now (at least for me) I’m currently living in the U.K.
Before when they weren’t on there I went and bought every single annihilator album on CD and ripped them to my phone so that I didn’t have to worry about Spotify. They sound great on CD so maybe that’s something you could do?
