What an amazing series “Endeavour” is 💚
Wonderfully written and acted by all the players, especially Mr Evans. I hope that we see him in another series. Will miss the show/series !
So cruel to tear this wonderful series out of our lives, so much potential and storylines to work out and film. Endeavor is one of the finest detective novels the UK has produced, I'm deeply unhappy it's ending now. How will I survive?
There needs to be a new show created with Shaun Evans. Call it "The Oxford Files."
It would cover the period of time from 1975 through 1986.
Morse would be in his 40's and they could bring in an actor in his 20's to play inspector Lewis. It must me done.
Roger Allem could become The Chief Superintendent.

I was sad to know Morse and Thursday would no longer see each other or he wouldn't even see Joan ever again. Must be some reason for that. I just hope they didn't have a falling out...😯
This last season has a changed format. More close ups... less widescreen sets... less time capsule capture... I'm disappointed.
I have loved Season 9 so much. It's a fitting ending to a truly spectacular series. I shall miss it so much.
3 episodes just feels lazy the last ever morse series had 5 they should have pushed the boat out a bit
