Curious because I'm thinking about an ej20/ez36 in my Kei truck, why the K20/K24 over a flat 4/6? In my head the ej20 would be the perfect motor for a truck like this since you could fit the whole thing under the bed.
I had my heart set on the Honda motor and I’m more familiar with it so that’s what I went with. Your plan sounds great though. Would love to see how it turns out!

You can use a small wrench, the boxed in side. The same size as the Ebrake cable. Slid it over the cable and easily pull the cable out.
