A few years ago I was in China, and this dish was amazing popular there. I’m surprised your ingredients are very authentic. But I think next time you can try to add diced garlic while stirring, and a little bit beer at the final instead of water, medium heat, give it a good stir about 1min that make the flavor even better 😮
You don’t wash your meat before you seasoning it. 😮 I. Just watched the video over again , and taken from the cutting board straight to the bowl and put your seasoned on it. I didn’t see or saw when you washed it or not. I’ve watched your cooking videos before and I saw 👀 you are washed all your meat before.
