lots of effort on the shoe comparison segment bro - respect!
Thanks man!
Hey, just wanted to say these reviews are great! Lots of great info and all the effort you put in is really appreciated. Keep up the good stuff!
Thank you! I appreciate you watching!
Great review thanks
Thanks for watching!
Just grabbed these! Also have the Novablast v4. Did a 10 miler in the Nova today and they were fantastic. The Rebel v4 feels like a dream from first step. Definitely softer and bouncier than the Nova. Prob going to save the Rebels for my intervals but like the fact they can be the only running shoe I bring when I travel for work during the week which usually falls on my speed day and the recovery day after. Great review and loved the comparisons!🤙
Thanks for watching! Glad both shoes work out for you!
Great shoe off 👏👏👏 I ve got the Hyperion they are great but a bit firm lol … NB new design shoes is great … maybe I ´m gonna try one of them . … 4 weeks to go to Paris Marathon lol 🔥🔥👏👏😊🇫🇷
Bon chance à Paris! Le Metaspeed Edge Paris est arrivée hier! Peut être un autre video la semaine prochaine! 🇫🇷
@@thecaptainchas2820 maybe finally Sub3h this time (3h01 last year 😬) … waiting for your review I’d never try the meta speeds …merci beaucoup 👏👏👏👏🔥😉🇫🇷
Thank you for the great, review! How do you recommend incorporating super-shoes into your marathon training blocks? I don’t race often so my “race day” shoes just tend to collect dust. Would love to put them to better use. Any thoughts?
I will sometimes use super shoes for key road workouts, like long tempo efforts, or long runs that incorporate some faster pace or race peace sections. Some people will use them for long runs in general because the carbon plate and super foams help stave off leg fatigue (which is why they are good for marathons). But most runs, including LSD long runs, are better to do in non-plated shoes, in my opinion.
How's the cushioning soft firm? Daily trainer 💪
Soft.
I’d say soft. Not as soft as they might look, but softer than the other lightweight trainers in that class. Stable platform though.
@@thecaptainchas2820 Well said. I’ve also noticed it has softened up a bit more with more miles in them!
Dog!
