So excited can’t wait to try your recipe my next-door neighbours when I was a kid were used in the end and I was really good friends with their children that family treated me like the wrong kid I had dinner over there every single night for years! Lol 😂 Roti and Dahl!!!!!! And they used to make me chai tea for a treat all the time and I haven’t had it in years just in powdered form but it’s not the same as when I was a kid! This is going to bring me back thanks so much for sharing this recipe!!!❤

    • @saby8765

@@anmol3 Another nushka, you reduce the milk before you add it to tea. Don't put cold milk from fridge straight into boiling tea. You may think ek chai ke liye itna kuch...but see, the biggest problem is, cooking time of tea and cooking time of milk is vastly different. If you wanna have creamy texture you'll have to reduce the milk first. By the time cold milk gets upto a boil, tea would already start to become bitter and if you don't boil the milk, your tea will have milk smell and milk taste. I make the tea liquor, transfer it on a glass, then reduce the milk and add the tea liquor back in. You try it once bro, aap zindagi bhar yaad karoge mujhe 😎

Ok so basically green cardamom is kinda expensive so what i do usually is one pod per 2 people and its perfect. Its subtle but there and really rich too.
If u put that many pods in the chai for a person it'll be too overwhelming however green cardamom has the best flavor ever so ig it might be nice only!?
