Spend time listening to your potential mates words. They are big clues to what he's all about. And if you want a Christian mate, make sure he's already established and involved in a good Christian church. Make sure he has a group of at least 2 good guy friends that attend church regularly also. So much to think about! But worth the time! How does he talk to and about his mom and sisters? Must have a steady job, vehicle or two. A house to live in. Ask a lot of questions. Find out his goals for life. And, pray, read a couple books, including the Bible about marriage. Stay pure. Do not settle! I'm praying for you!!
Bill, I’d like to thank you for making this series. You have put a lot of careful thought into the design. I appreciate and value your detailed instructions. You’ve taken Elizabeth’s needs into account and customized it so that it functions well for her. What a wonderful labor of love for Elizabeth 💕 Your wife is just a lovely lady. Her smile just says it all 🥰 Bill you knocked it out of the park! One and done ✅
Good innovative idea and good sense of humor! Thank you. Addition to your design to make it more simple is to let the cover go all the way down without chains so if there is a strong gust of wind, it will not close the cover.
If we let it go all the way down, we would have had to leave a lot more space in between the beds to make room for that. We don't really expect to be out there working in the garden in strong wind anyway. It has never been a problem.
I’m going to go with just containers. I still think Pop should be in the vacant window in the first picture. I have no idea how hard and time consuming that may be? But I would be very delighted to see him included. Hehehe. I’m an old lady, and , very included by my son and family. So blessed. Bill you are a very hardworking man. Elizabeth is so delighted by whatever God blesses her with. We could all take a lesson.
I loved Bill's patient sigh when Elizabeth suggested he needed a spirit level to make sure things lined up! Another super video, thank you and as always, Elizabeth's delight is contagious and Bill never cuts corners (well, actually he cuts lots of corners but you know what I mean, lol) and he produces bespoke pieces of highly crafted er, things. xx
That’s a cool cover!! You had me going about the Apple opening. A lot of hard work and ingenuity went in to building your whole garden. Can’t wait to see it full of healthy vegetables. Happiness, Teresa
You did a fantastic job on these boxes and seeing to your beautiful wife's comfort while considering her limitations. I would love the ability to garden like this. You are lucky to have each other. I love these boxes.
Bless you for building beds your wife can comfortably use. I could use your design myself, as I am also handicapped and would love to garden. I have no diet restrictions so we could both enjoy what we plant.
I love the garden boxes! A great job and I am sure you both will enjoy the produce that comes out of them. I too am blessed to have a very talented and kind husband. I thank the good Lord all the time for him. Over 50.years and the love of my life for sure. Elizabeth and I have both been blessed! I enjoy making him happy and I believe he does in making me happy. The only way to live. Doing for each other. Both winners that way! My best to you and yours in your new endeavors. Also always my best to your Pops and of coarse Leo!🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍👍🕊🕊🕊🕊🕊

Just built a raised bed out of concrete block and was looking for a good way to cover it. Instead I found this great design and the fact they can be covered for a greenhouse is a double win. Thank you for sharing.
You the man, Bill. What a terrific job! Elizabeth will get lots of sun, fresh air, and exercise along with the satisfaction and happiness of growing her own veggies.
Hello Elizabeth and Bill you are such nice people . you are so fortunate to have each other Bill is so good at what ever he is working at . Elizabeth have a good time with your Garden God Bless . well Bill that was a good trick with the phone lol

Fantastic. I wish I had someone to build this for me... but I'm now going to move this year. I could have enjoyed these over the past 20 years of fighting deer, rabbit, struggling with flimsy fencing, etc... sheesh. You are one lucky lady! Enjoy them.
Mrs. Elizabeth, I swear you are highly favored by God. Mr. Bill know he is professionally making those raised beds. I plan to use these videos to look back on as we do our raise beds for the fall.
Oh Bill and Elizabeth!! We love you too!! Bill...Elizabeth is right...you are a hero. These toppers for the garden beds are amazing. What a great job you did!! And Elizabeth, loved seeing you as Bill’s helper...with your prairie skirt blowing in the wind...you really looked like a like a pioneer lady!! God bless you both. Love, Mary🤗
I love this idea....very simple yet effective and versatile....really appreciate you, your wife and your channel. Good help is hard to find! God bless ya'll, from Texas
If I didn't know any better I would think a professional built it, "oh wait." I absolutely love it! I like the design, this is the best one I've seen. Spectacular job! Till next time, God bless. 🌺🌸
I've had gardens up until about 5 years ago and my raised beds never looked that fancy!! Amazing! It will be fun to watch the progress of your garden plants through the summer. Elizabeth, my daughter and I both had horrific stabbing pains all over then I saw a video about foods that cause inflammatory pain. So we avoid peanuts, the entire night shade potatoes and rice to avoid that pain. I still do legumes occasionally, and tomatoes and green peppers once in awhile and seem to remain comfortable. We were missing our potato salad so much..so I tried an organic Asian sweet potato...deep red on the outside but almost white on the inside. It was delicious! Honestly I wouldn't have known the difference. If you can't find these Asian ones near you, I would think the whitish traditional sweet potatoes would work well. I never get arthritic pain from the Sweet Potato family. I know that you avoid them for other reasons but wanted to share if like us, you were missing potato salad. Love and blessings to you both! Karen from Vancouver, Washington
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree Be sure and take care with your trips to lowes and wear gloves and a mask and wash good. Elizabeth is at greater risk with inflammatory issues. Also I finally made the switch away from phillips head screws in favor of either the square head or the torx (also called star). Far easier to get lots of torque without having to press so hard with your driver. And years ago I bought a number of bar clamps to be my "assistant" and use them all the time to "hold" the other end of work pieces, etc. Finally, you may rethink your chain setup since the chain prevents sitting in about 1/2 or more of each side. You could probably get by with one in the middle going across the length to the middle of the opposite end. Regardless, another superb job by a real craftsman! It's a joy to watch you!
BILL I love your design so Elizabeth set on the comfortable wood while tending the garden! What a great way to protect your raised garden containers. A very ingenious idea for surrounding the garden beds with the frames that have latches which makes it much easier to keep the critters away. While you were building the frame around it I was thinking about how easy it would be to add Clear plastic over at around for little greenhouses.👍
Great Garden Beds, excellent job. I don't know if this would be needed but as an extra protection maybe install a door hook latch. Again, I don't know if there is a need for it but just in case of certain animals or a strong storm. Either way, this was a great build and I wish you and Elizabeth many decades of enjoyment!

What a great job, building this for sweet elizabeth to grow everything she needs and wants, it's wonderful to see couples working together, that's what love is all about. We need more love in our world for sure💘💖💖💖💖
Thanks for sharing. Working on similar grow beds. May just do the protective cover also. I like the way you built it. Even I can handle that....I hope. Blessings to both of you.
Oh yeah..deer and rabbits will have a party for sure. Good idea what you did. I like the idea of a mini greenhouse later..what a great idea! Cant wait to see Elizabeth getting plants in the dirt.
Great planning. Bill takes his time and does it right. Convenient backyard healthy crop of food will be priceless for many, many years to come. I have had friends reduced to tears at the loss of veggies and lovely flowers by ranging deer. This should keep them moving downhill. Compared to high fences and in some rural cases, wired fences, the one time cost investment seems reasonable.
My hubby planted flowers, trees and most everything non edible. :-) He loved flowers and planting so the deer had a hay day every year. He would comment about it but continued to plant anyway. That was his relaxation after work.

I'm pretty sure these raised beds are more well constructed than the house I live in!
They certainly are a work of art! Can't wait to see Elizabeth's garden.
Yes!!! Mine too. I would live in that!!🤣😂🤣
