I did a clean install via USB most recently, and I'm leery about doing a cloud install due to possible disconnection from the internet. 😔
Been doin USB clean install for over a decade now up to like a month ago. And I just did this. Easiest install in over decade. Took less time and same performance. Didn't even think it was a clean install at first I had issues with my fresh AMD rig and I was like it's prolly like a system restore or something. Nope fresh clean install. Didn't even have to create a microsoft account. Biggest reason I did USB installs because I could be offline when installing stock without Microsoft fuckery and could create a local account from the start. This cloud version from what I've seen does the same. I could still stay on my local account. That's not to say Microsoft won't force creating account down our throat in the future without having a choice. But I was pleasantly surprised with this method, it was basically same thing I've been doin for years. But the paranoid fool I am I always have a USB as a back up if Microsoft tries to pull a fast one on us.

the least technical & simple way is to make a windows installer usb flash drive on another computer, and then boot into it on ur main pc, and from there you will have the option to "repair"

Enable smart access memory, and it depends on the resolution,if 4k you should spec that low fps depending on games and graphics quality; Even on 1440p you can still get low fps, again depending on games and graphics quality
