- Parker and Goblin help assemble and review their new litter pan! "Finally, a litter box you don't have to hide! The Hidden Litter Box looks like a clay pot. Complete with an attractive high-quality plant, Hidden Litter will enhance the décor of any room. No one will know if your cat doesn't tell!"
I purchased it here- www.amazon.com/Good-Pet-Stuff-...
Oh my goodness, when he rolled around in the litter and got it everywhere I laughed so hard! Thanks for the review, I'm about to order one! :)
Lol, typical Goblin! Awesome, it's a great pan! :)
s
He thinks he is at the beach
Saw this on Amazon and thought I could find a cheap Diy but I think i’ll just buy it and spray paint a different color maybe add more flowers
I'm thinking of lining the top and putting real (non toxic) plants in.
Did you get this? How do you like it?
cute cat box....looks like the kitties like it!
Thank you, very helpful! I'm for sure going to get this!
Clever litter box! Your cats are adorable!!!
thank you!!!
I am going to get on of these. Nice video.
Thanks for the review! I saw some reviews on Amazon but your video was what made me make a decision on it. Also, you sound really sweet 🙂
awww thank you!!! I hope you like the pan!
He’s rubbing his sent all over it claiming as his.. 😂cute litter box
Very helpful,Thank you!
thank you!!
🐈 Great video. I liked very much .
thank you! :)
Gotta get one!!!
This is awesome! I live in a studio apartment with my boyfriend and two cats, and the litter box is an eyesore. Glad to hear it's still holding up over a year later! Thanks for the video and your cats are adorable.
Aww, I used to live in a studio with my now husband and 2 cats. Good memories :) I think this would be great for a studio. Thank you and thanks for watching!
Really cute
thanks!
WOW THIS IS AWESOME
Yaaaaay. Have you thought about getting another litter box like that one?
I did end up getting a second of the same one!
Hi, thank you for posting this helpful review. I live in a small apartment and so there are not too many places for me to place a cat litter box for my cat. This is why I am looking into something that is at least discreet since there's nowhere in my apartment that I can place a litter box and people won't see it in plain sight. How is this litter box holding up a year later?
Thanks for watching! The pan is great, I am happy with it and it's fine a year later! Easy to clean and looks great (well, as great as a litter pan can look :p)
@@whatamunky I also live in a small apartment, would you still recommend for me to get it ? I’m getting a mainecoon soon and want something discreet
He’s rubbing his sent all over it claiming as his.. 😂
Thank u ❤️
how easy is the top part of the planter to remove when cleaning. feel like this looks good, but may be hard to clean. thanks so much for putting the video up
I actually don't take the lid off when I clean it on a daily basis. Only when I am doing a total clean of it, and when I do it's very easy to take on and off.
I’m considering on getting a kitten and want something like this because I live in a small studio… My concern is how is the smell?? I know we obviously have to change the litter box but does your house smell like litter being that it is the living area where you’ll have guests ?
ty
I’m kinda 50/50 on this. It looks great but I’ve had mine for a year and for some reason the top lid became too big for the bottom and it just collapsed? It will not stay! They need to maybe put some clamp connectors or something? The lid is supposed to sit on top of the bottom rim but it just collapses and makes the entrance small and unstable. Any suggestions? And for the people asking about how to keep litter off the floor I’ve used car mats lol they sturdy and waterproof 😊
hmm that's weird. my mom and I both have two pans and have never had that issue.
I have a very large cat (not fat, just a big cat), would this be suitable for large cats? I'm afraid of it being too small and it's hard to tell how big it is in this video.
My orange cat is very large and he fits perfectly!
I have two cats, Cristina and Zoe, and I was just wondering, should I buy two of these so one for each cat?
Hi, I did end up getting another one and as long as you have the space I think having 2 pans is always a good idea!
Parker aprove
Spider Man reference names? Goblin-Green Goblin Parker-Peter Parker
Hah! Actually no, but that is funny. I adopted Parker with that name and it fit him so I kept it, and my husband just liked the name Goblin! :)
Thanks for the video. I want to get one but worried there’s not enough space for my kitty to move around 😳
Thanks!! Unless your cat is SUPER ginormous there will be enough space. My cats are big lol
Lol he red the instruction n then it works!
So it's a good idea go the cat starts stretching and the litter comes out
So you out the litter sand straight to the bottom and not inside another pan?
correct
Do you still like this litter box, now that you have been using it a while? How has it held up? Does it hold smells or scratch easy when cleaning? Lastly is the material thin or is a really well made and durable?
I still like the box! It's held up just fine and it doesn't scratch easily. It's a medium material and I would say it's very durable.
Hello there, I know this video is old but I was wondering if you can tell me the measurements of the planter entrance. I have a really obese cat (health issues) and I wanna make sure he can get in and out of it. The one we got had a small entrance and he got stuck.
Hey... I will have to check but Parker is about 26 pounds and fits no problem.
@@whatamunky Thank you for getting back to me. I did end up purchasing it and I'm glad I did. It's super cute and my cat fits perfectly. Hes about 26 pounds too!
Goblin looks like my late Scully. 💔
awww, scully must have been a cutie.
Melanie Huttner She was. A total cutie.
How do you like it three months in? Is the cleaning easy? May I ask how large Goblin is? My Phoebe is about 9lbs, so I'm wondering how tight of a fit it would be. She will be transitioning from an open corner box to this in about a month. Any feedback would be great help! Best, Steph
Hi! The cleaning is pretty much the same as any other pan. I think the pee does stick a LITTLE more, but I purchased a metal scoop that helps with that. Parker is 16 pounds and I have a cat that's even bigger and he fits fine! They both seem to like the pan just fine! Thanks for commenting and good luck with Phoebe!
I was wondering this same thing. The pan my crew is using now just isn't to their liking. Aslyn could care less, She's an agile peanut and will poop in whatever I set up, but Belle drags EVERYTHING in it. I've offered to tape reading material to the inside of the lid for her, but she looks at me like I'm crazy while dragging in anything she can find - bubble wrap, my laundry, my mail, a newspaper. Ruari is a big dude and I don't think he has enough turn around room. He's about 18 pounds now. Is your larger cat around there and how does he do with it? Belle has a bit of a bum back leg (broken as a baby), have your cats ever had trouble getting in and out the opening?
Nice can big cats use this also ?
Cats need more room to move around in their litter boxes and they should be able to see where they're going to pee and poop so they're not stepping in their own mess. This planter box is a gimmick that works for kittens, but not a full grown cat.
@@planetag310 that's definitely not true. both of my cats are over 20 pounds and use it just fine! it's a very large box
yes! both of my cats are over 20 pounds! It's very spacious.
@@whatamunky I think it really depends on the cat although the general recommendation is to get a box 1.5x the length of your cat. I have a maine coon who would definitely struggle in a box like this, and then I also have a kitten who still manages to step on wet litter even in a big box. My cats also like to stalk each other when one is using the litter so covered boxes make them far too vulnerable. It's just about finding what will work for your individual cat/s.
Doesn't it make a mess? And how would you clean up the pee?
Clean up the pee?? You would scoop it out like normal
How has this box held up? Are you still using it?
it's still in great shape, still using it. bought a second one.
@@whatamunky oh good to know i was thinking of getting one for living room.
@@whatamunky Are you going to get the same brand ? I just saw on amazon they have two brands now?
@@whatamunky Justed order the same one. I like that this one is USA made.
Can a mini cat climb in easily?
I think so!
Hi. how do you keep the liter from going all over your wooden floor?
Rubber litter mat
Do you like it?
yes!
Put a mat under it. One that traps litter.
I have since
i am so sad this box is so cute. it has been up for almost a week and my cats will not use it. :(
when you get a new pan a good trick is to put their poop/pee from their old pan into the new pan!
@@whatamunky Hello. They finally started using it but they prefer the uncovered boxes. I wish this was little larger inside, I think that is another reason why it's not their favorite box.
that's moss?
it's fake
Love this, gonna get one, this is the only review ive seen of one on UA-cam. And fyi, that orange cat doesn't need anymore treats, lol, hes fat enough.
Not practical at all. I am not sure why we need to put the litter hidden and make the cat squeezing itself inside and do the business. Think about it. Do you like to go to a tiny bathroom to do your business and smell your shit? Cats are like that. The bigger litter box the happier they are.
My cats fit just fine in the pan! This is a pretty decently sized litter pan.
This looks huge ? I’m searching around for a new a litter box for my 14 pound cat as every little box it’s too small for her. I actually looked at this thought it looks pretty spacious to me
