We are so incredibly excited that the podcast has officially launched!!!...we can't wait to dive into alllllll the nitty gritty topics with you and share a different side than what you typically see in our Sunday videos! We do have 1 small request, if there are any topics (big or small) that you'd love to see us unpack, be sure to leave them here in the comments down below! ❤. We're so excited to hear the feedback and if you enjoyed this week's episode!
I think you are really doing so good, great flow and a super way of starting your first podcast. I guess you have listen to a few podcasts and maybe gotten some pointers from the Vanwives ❤ You are so pro and I love that you are being natural and emotional, just like in your vlog ❤
Okay, feedback time. I absolutely love it. You guys really did a great job. I'm absolutely looking forward to so much more. Todd, you did so well. Even if you did cry, we love the realness. Tyler, the side tangents were so good I didn't want it to end.. great job again. I'm looking forward to more ❤❤
Wonderful to hear this more personal conversation! "He's not very good at playing hide and seek." You guys are adorable. 24:35 You both were a millimeter from crying again.
When Tyler reached for Todd's hand when Todd began to cry - that's when I lost it.... The power of the love that these two men have for one another is a beacon of hope for us all.....
BOYS! I have the attention span of a gnat - but I watched every single word and even texted others to watch. I love you two and have adopted you ( I'm soon to be 78). I live in Lexington, KY and admire and respect the two of you to the utmost. Your parents did well and you have done well on your own. What intelligent, caring and loving human beings you are and how I wish the world were like you
Wow Carolyn - you are echoing exactly how I feel about T&T. Love, love, love them. Hate that homophobia exists, and hate hearing that - but boy oh boy, they have done so so well. Look at the beautiful life they have. They should be so proud!
Amazing! We are a gay couple, 79 and 82, who have been together 44 years (by the time you reach our ages you will have been together significantly longer). As I have mentioned before in comments on your other channel, we learned skills ourselves to allow us to build a large house for our two sets of parents. What i find amazing about this podcast is how I see us in you two. In EVERYTHING you say about your lives,, and in how you interact with each other. In your ying and yang divisions, in your realness and honesty about your differences. In your little disagreements and in your major agreements. Most of all in your obvious and incredibly deep love for each other. Congratulations, you two, in all that you have accomplished, and most of all in your lived lives! You are wonderful examples of how very sadly wrong the homophobes are about what we call "members of the tribe." Thank you for being willing to bare your souls to all of us. Thank you for the gift you give to the LGBTQIA+ community. Thank you for YOU!!!! Love, Jack (and Al) 🌈🏳🌈❤❤❤❤❤
I lost my soulmate in April of last year after 30 years. I never thought anything could hurt this much so to both of you, to Tyler and Todd and to others who love so totally, enjoy it, invest in it and treasure each other. Time is finite. Love isnt. 😢
Tyler saying it’s okay this is a safe place had me bawling right along with Todd . We love you guys to the moon and back times infinity this is a safe place we love your videos and this is just the icing on the cake . 😢❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
You two are what couples strive to be, gay or straight, hands down. This podcast is absolutely fantastic and amazing! Congratulations on the first episode of what I am sure will be many years of episodes!
Todd, Tyler, thank you so much for this podcast. To see and hear you talk about your beginning with such raw emotions and honesty brought tears to my eyes. I feel so much privileged to be part of it.
Me too. I am a 67 year old heterosexual woman, married or together for 36 years soon, and I show my husband often what T and T accomplish, together. I also love their humor as my best friend, since we were 13, was gay. We clicked instantly because we both felt different but had the same humor that got us through. He'd ask me later in life if I thought many knew he was gay, as I knew it immediately. I am being honest here as my answer was, " Well, Donnie, you weren't a screaming queen but c'mon. You only hung with mainly girls and rather effeminate." You must know we had a very sick sense of humor so we both talked as such. We also attended art school, FIT in Manhattan, in 76' when he was first coming out. I hurt for him as he went through such pain trying to be what society and religious' ppl push in this world. I just lost him last April, having to call the police for a welfare check being I could not reach him for 24 hours. We were that close, never missing a day checking in on one another. Hey, that was a tangent I just went on just to say I identify with you.
OMG! I thought I knew you guys from your regular channel. This Tangents has deepened my understanding and appreciation for you both so much more! Wonderful first podcast! And Todd, by all means, do not fear a few tears in front of us. I am a real crier, too, and it took me a long time to get over feeling embarrassed about it. I’ve been kidded lovingly by friends that I can’t go more than 15 minutes before the tears start, whether I’m happy, sad, angry, or deeply touched! Love you both!! 🥰 Can’t wait for the next installment!!!
I love the story of how you met for the first time. It reminds me of the way I felt when I first met my husband 53 years ago. I walked into the cabin, and he was standing there and my heart literally froze. To this day I can remember exactly what he was wearing and what we talked about. Still best friends to this day.
Ugh, my heart. Memories like this are what life and love is all about. I hope you look back and think of it often...all I can hope for is that we get to spend 50+ years together!
Emotional connection is truly where it's at and you have that in spades. Let it all out and cry away guys. No shame in being sensitive. You're keeping it real and we're here for it.
I know you said you guys are not relationship goals but I beg to differ. Your ability to move through life together and love each other the way you do is what it is all about. LOVE you guys !!
Being (best) friends is a great way to start a relationship. Of course, becoming BFF's once in a relationship also has its merits. I'm ready for either one!
Loved this podcast so much. My husband just had surgery to remove cancer and amputate his leg and I am spending long hours in the hospital. This was the perfect way for me to pass the time while he rests and heals. I love you guys! Can’t wait for the next one.
OMG I don't know if you are aware of this Todd and Tyler, but even in your responses to us, your viewers, many of whom you have never met and maybe never will (or who knows right? lol)......you exude and mentor your positivity, your encouragement and your caring for others. Just amazing, and so damn awesome to see and one can FEEL it as one reads it! No wonder I keep coming back! I wish everyone would sub to this channel...... @@tangentswithtylerandtodd
#1 I (66 year old lesbian) have loved you both for a long time and keep telling my wife “I would love to adopt them!” #2 I wish my Dad, who was a gay man, were still alive to watch and see your life together. He only married to have children (and all he got was me) and I wish he had gotten to live his life openly, even though that would have meant I wasn’t here. LOVE this podcast, love your weekly vlog and we eagerly await it each week! (My wife also does the other social media like Instagram, Tik Tok, etc. which I don’t but she’ll show me some of the shorter things you post.) If you ever get to the Pacific Northwest, we’d love to host you here on Camano Island. Much love and we are rooting for you with this house build!
My family says I am a drama queen so they bought me a crown for my birthday. My wife passed away 46 years ago when I was just in my twenties and she would have taken that crown and stick it where the sun don't shine. Great Video!
Heaven on earth! having extra access to our beloved Tyler and Todd!! If I were a kitten I'd be shredding my pillow drooling and purringggggggg as I watch this!
I am a 61 yr old Grandma. I laugh with you. I cry with you. I'm so proud of you both. Your courage and love for each other is beautiful. Love you both...
OH MY GOODNESS, you are both such a breath of fresh air. I am a 75 year old woman from Australia and you make my heart smile. I am a regular follower of your shows and they are so uplifting. You are open, honest and always fully yourselves. You are beautiful souls and I am so grateful to have found you. Thank you for sharing your lives I love you guys. Never apologise for a tangent they are the icing on the cake. ❤
Todd...cry... 43:17 life is worth every tear and follow the laughter every chance. You both have a life together and willing to share your "tangents" love it
Well done, gentlemen. After listening for a bit, I thought, Tangents is a great title. You start talking about one thing and then go off on a tangent about another and this leads to yet another tangent. You may want to share a photo here and there, if you’d like. This would enhance the experience for the community of viewers. I was so sad at times to hear about your struggles. I knew they existed. So proud that you overcame them and are following your dreams. Such maturity at a young age really impressed me. I only wish you both good things.
I'm a cryer too, and every time Todd would begin to cry I was right there with him. I just love you guys, my husband and I have been together coming in on 45 years. We had a business together and we can relate to all your stories.I'm the Todd and Jack my other half is the Tyler in the way we approached our relationship. We're in our 70s now and we wish you guys nothing but the best. We love your podcast and look forward to Wednesdays now including Sundays. Love you guys!
This is amazing! I have never been this focused watching youtube. Finally we’ll get more of you guys bcs honestly one video a week wasn’t enough dose of your positive vibe.❤❤❤
You two have so many people who love you, without ever meeting in person. I think that is because you are both real in your approach to life with all the ups and downs, trials and tribulations. You both know that the golden rule is a way of life, it's amazing what karma will bring back to you! I'm firmly of the belief that you get back threefold of what you send out. XOX to you both as well as your furry children. I'm partial to Squirrel AKA Lily. She's just lovely!
Great podcast. You guys are so open and real. Your ability to communicate with each other and with us is top level. I am 71 years old and feel like there were takeaways from this podcast that I can use to improve my communication and perspective. Really love you guys!❤
This was a long podcast, but I am not complaining. It was excellent, men, but I only just finished watching it today, even though I began watching it on the premiere. So, in essence, this is an apology for taking so long. I love how truly human you both are, Tyler and Todd, and I ask that you never apologize for showing emotions to us. The world would be a much better place if people reacted positively to human emotions rather than burying them or shaming others for outward displays. We all need to show our fellow man sympathy for life's obstacles and sorrows. Empathy can go a long way to understanding our brothers and sisters throughout the world, and it is an outward sign of a good Christian. I love you both, Tyler and Todd, and I send you a heart-felt embrace across the miles that separate us. I look forward to your next podcast. 🫂🙋♂️
My wife n I together 20 yrs in January. Met at age 37. Married for over 8. Love this new channel. First time laying eyes on you is my fave. I remember the first time my wife and I met. We connected on Match n talked a while til we met in person. I knew she was different n she treated me like a real lady, which I don’t describe myself as. Ha. I’m super fem on outside n wife soft butch on outside. Our insides aren’t completely diff but more so than people think looking at us. I’m EXTRA n my wife is so patient. Love comes first n never forget the 1st time u actually FELL in love. Let that carry u because my wife chased me for a year. SO well worth it. Happy belated b day hon. Love u both n u have so many great memories yet to b made. Love u. ❤️🩷💜💙🌈
You guys killed it! Great 1st episode. My heart swelled with Todd feeling safe to get emotional and Tyler being so supportive. I really can't wait for next Wednesday. You kept my undivided attention the whole time. Thank you both for being so real, honest and raw.
I’m a counselor. This highly personal AND highly practical material we be golden to guide all kinds of people discovering their adulthood. I will use this gobs!
I love spending time with you like this!!! I feel like I have two brothers I never knew I was missing! Is that weird? Anyway, so great getting to know you both in a whole new way! 🥂🫶🏻
I absolutely love the two of you...I am a mature guy who very much looks forward to your Sunday episodes. This first podcast had me tearing up several times throughout. I too, like Todd, cry easily. You are genuine, and both possess incredible inner and outer beauty. I loved the "rawness" of this first episode. I grew up in an era when this type of podcast would never have been allowed so I am enjoying some vicarious thoughts through your stories. The way you two met is certainly synchronistic and divinely ordained, My late partner and I met when we simultaneously clicked on a dating site at the very same second 18 years ago and we were connected from then until he passed away. There are no accidents in the world; everything is as it should be. I know this is an enormous long shot but I would love to meet you in person....you would be welcome in my home in Pueblo, Colorado USA or I would be honored to travel to a city near you and enjoy dinner with you,, my treat of course. I have two little girls, shih-tzus, named Paisley and Willow....they watch the Sunday episodes with me and love seeing your furry children. You two are the living epitome of my favorite quote from a booklet titled THE LITTLE PRINCE...the quote is "it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye."
OMG guys what an amazing first episode. Thank you for being so authentic, vulnerable and so openly sharing your life experiences. You mentioned the internet can be a bit challenging at times, although sometimes it also showcases the best and restores a bit of faith in humamity. You are an example of the best: so much kindness and love, you stick by your values and be the change you want to see in the world. You two are such an inspiration!
You guys make me proud to be gay. I have watched you guys since you parked on the land and started building nearly 5 years ago and I love you more now than ever before!
Screwed up my maths exam, had an awful day, and felt more lonely than usual... All in all just plain exhausting. Watching the first episode of Tangents with T&T with my dog under a blanket is just the best cure for my soul. Thanks, really. Also, thanks for adding new English words to my vocabulary, cause I didn't know what tangents even meant lol Wishing you the best, -Jacob
I’m really sorry to hear about your Maths exam but the irony of you not knowing what a tangent is…literally laughing out loud. You’ll get ‘em next time, Jacob ❤️
The quote Todd meant is this one: "Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark." ~ Jay Danzie
This was fantastic!! I believe more couples should sit down and take a trip down memory lane together. It helps to strengthen a relationship. To reflect on the relationship then and now. It shows how growth happens between two people.Thank you for allowing us to share in your memories and get to know each of you as a person and as a couple. Will be tuning in next week for sure!
What a beautiful podcast!!! Loved every minute of it. As a marriage counselor for 40 years, your relationship is what most coupes I have seen aspire to. What an inspiring and raw, real conversation. Thank you. Kathleen
From a 56 year old grandma here in Australia I can honestly say this is the most anticipated podcast I love watch. I have been following your UA-cam for years now and love it ! My husband RECORDED me BOTH SIDES of a 90min TAPE back in 1989...... The Proclaimers .... 500 miles. Been married to him for 33 years and still would walk 500 miles with him Cant wait for the whole house reveal with the first Tequila sunrise at the pool
I so agree on your comments about home economics. I work as a volunteer for people in debt or whose to who fear the will get in debt. I wish all schools would educate people about this.
Pinkie to pinkie - kapow!!! Big hugs to you both! And don't ever be ashamed for crying. The fact that you're strong enough, and wise enough to be able to handle crying is worthy of respect. The most frightening part of it all is - what if you had never been paired up for studying? Would there ever have been a Tyler and Todd? We would have lost a lot, but you would have lost it all. No Tyler and Todd. It doesn't bear thinking.😵❤ cheers! / CS
Tyler's right todd! Its ok to be emotionally open ,and yes youre in a safe plantform, thank you for opening up your hearts. Feelings and your journey with us ,i love you both..i struggled with some much the same things you both have. And i met my special person ,had 10 beautiful years until she passed away ,ive been single since ,by choice. Im loving being a mom and grandma!!!
I am astounded at how hard you guys work. Few 20 something year olds show such maturity and tenacity. Now in your 30s you reap the fruits of your labour and you're still at it. It's clear you enjoy what you do and that is the secret. Being idle is not only a waste of years and lost time, it depresses your soul. There's nothing like looking back at a project well done. We were meant to do and conquer. It's what drives us.
Oh you made me cry! It is nice to see y'all talking about your lives like this and to see the emotion that you still feel for each other is just beautiful! I love Texas! ❤❤❤
Guys, thank you for sharing your life with us. I find it amazing the risks that you've taken TOGETHER. I've been married twice and would have NEVER taken risks like that. I find it awesome that you have that kind of trust and respect for each other. I've been subscribed to your UA-cam channel for a while and I remember watching the RV renovations that you've posted. I think you guys are AWESOME and then some!
Thank you for allowing us to see the raw truth. I do love how you support the others thoughts yet allow each other to remain true to their roots, you clearly don't need to change each other.
My husband and I just finished watching the first episode of Tangents! You two became the friends we never met during COVID. You filled that social vacuum created by the pandemic. Although we enjoy the renovation videos and are amazed at all you have done, we realized we enjoy seeing you interact with your pets and especially love any tidbit about your personal lives not to mention Todd’s occasional innuendo. So hearing the origin story of Tyler & Todd was a very welcomed long awaited treat. We have been together for 31 years and really can relate to so much of your story. We hope to follow your adventures far into the future. Just want to say, we appreciate your laughter, tears & joy and we love you. Your tears are safe with us. Mike & Jerry Portland Oregon USA. ❤
So glad you decided to do a podcast. This is so special to hear how you met, fell in love and how hard you have worked to get where you are today. Most people aren't successful because they havent found someone like minded, willing to do whatever it takes to get to the end result. Cant wait to hear more stories and insight into your lives. Love and respect to you both.
I totally agree with you!! Neither of us would be where we are today if it wasn’t for the other…the perfect matching of motivation, hard work and chasing dreams together. We’re so lucky!
Just finished the podcast and I love you even more than ever! Not only are you the sweetest couple ever, you are both such strong men. So proud of you 🎉❤❤❤❤
I remember finding your channel right as Covid began and you had to rush back to Canada from Florida. In the weeks that followed I just couldn’t get enough and went back and watched all your earlier vids of you doing the trailer and traveling. I will say I have seen tremendous growth in your respect for each other and the way you two talk to each other. I’m so proud of how you two have hung in there and worked hard at your relationship instead of throwing in the towel. Relationships are hard work but I commend both of you on keeping it real, sharing your ups and downs with us and letting us all be extended members of your family. I wish you both continued success with this new Tangents Podcast channel. I think you both have made some very intelligent choices along the way, especially in renovating old houses then turning them into income properties. That’s something 40 year olds would think of doing normally, not twentysomethings! I think once you are done with this house, and finish out the property the way you want it, you will find something else to put your creative minds to and I hope you take us along for that too.
You two are so sweet and you’re so right about Heartstopper. I cried so much watching that. If only a show like that was around when I knew I was gay at 13 in 2002!
I love the homeschooling option I taught my kids at home snd now I’m with a different partner. Things are different but I’m such an educator. I want control of their education.
You guys are very old souls. You have lived such a great life in your short years. You have planned so far ahead in your lives starting at Uni. Your story is an inspiration to all the young people who may be having issues with their feelings about life with a same sex partner, coming out, living together and loving one another. I wish you guys could have been around when I was younger and having these struggles. It took me a lot of time to come out. Now I am 60 and my husband and I have been together for 22 years. Keep sharing your stories. I love your videos about your building your house and now I have your podcast. You feel like old friends. Keep up the great work!!....Xoxo...Jim
Thank you so much for this, Jim! I wish that this sort of outlet existed when we were younger too. Warms my heart to think that this. Ugh make it a little easier for the upcoming generation ❤️
CONGRATS boys! Your first podcast was so well done…. but we all knew that it would be! You both are so warm and caring and it just makes it so damn easy to love the four of you!!! ❤️🙏💙💕
This is great you found each other! When I was Ten my father died suddenly and I was there! And the next day I was walking home thinking I was never going to get that close to anyone again it hurts to much! If I get into a relationship and it doesn’t work most of the time you have lost friend too. Of course that isn’t always true! But at that time it was true to me . I have lots of friends and that the way it will stay. I afraid I’ve made it so. 🤷♂️I’m 71 now! Time moves fast! I’m so happy for both of you!
I just have to comment as I watch through this....I won't remember everything, otherwise. So...the pumpkin carving tree decorator just printed off a random cover for his CD case? Wow! I'm loving your podcast! This is so sweet!! Ok...we are gonna need to see some pictures of Todd at Uni!!! Gotta see that gorgeousness!! I love the heartfelt wisdom that you shared! Congratulations on your first podcast! Cheers to many more!!!
Excellent podcast. Well done Tyler and Todd. You are amazing individuals. The respect that you have for each other is so heartwarming. Lots of love. Ronel
Great job guys. I'm sure there are many young folks watching and listening who are learining some invaluable life lessons, both straight and gay. Crying here and being so sensitive is just a sign of what great guys you are and how kind and caring you are
I love your podcast. I was thinking the other day how fun your New Years eve vlogs were when you were traveling. Well this is just as good. Now I get to look forward to Sundays and Wednesdays. Take good care of yourselves. Love, NIcole
You guys are sooo gorgeous. Such a special relationship. Am so envious and of course at the same time sooo happy for you. Started crying with you when you talked about how you finally met in person as I could very much relate to it. Anyway, keep up with the great work you do, house, dome, garden, your relationship and including us in it for a little every week. Thank you so much for sharing your life. Lots of love and hugs from Cairns/Australia. Love you guys. 🤗 Stephan
I was in tears with you when you first talked about meeting in person. I was the same with my hubby. Fifty years since first meeting, 44 years married in December. Loving getting to know more about you both 🤗 🤗
Crying is healthy. God gave us tears so that we can get the sadness out of our bodies and not carry it around trapped inside. My mom taught me - “the only way out is through” - so let it flow through and out of you and you’ll be much much healthier for it. Love you guys. 💗🙏🏻
After watching for about a year, it really makes me happy that you found each other and even after 15 years, you all seem like a couple who just realized you were in love with each over. That is super great!
What a fab way to begin the day with you! Friendship and kindness is the only way to blossom and grow forward. Thank you for throwing open the dome door and inviting us in! Looking forward to our next get together. You are a powerful, knowledgeable (of self, each other, human nature, your personal and professional needs and goals), and an exceptional & beautiful team. Here's to you and your journey. Tons of love and good vibes to you! ❤ ❤ ♡ ❤ ❤
You guys are such a great couple. So proud of all your accomplishments. Wish I could be your neighbour. Always keep in mind there are good people and the other kind but you are super special kind and caring and that’s all what makes you both so special. Just remember when you see a negative comment that those people are not happy in their own lives. Please just keep being true to yourselves and keep doing what you are. Love your videos 👍😉💐
I love watching you guys and I love that you're so transparent I wish there was more people like that. Also we lived in Michigan we sold our house quit our jobs bought a travel trailer and moved to Arizona. It has been real hard getting new jobs and all but we have become a lot closer to each other, God, and nature. It is such a true blessing to see the mountains everyday
I'm so glad you guy are doing this pod cast. I miss you when you skip a week or two on your other channel. So this is great just so I can lay eyes on you two and see what you are up to. It gives me the feels.... :)
I want to thank you both for being so real, homophobia has to just go away. I am doing my part by becoming a high school teacher Who will teach love and not hate, equality not hierarchy. I also believe that you hit a nail on the head by mentioning how absent so many career lessons are in high school education. I also have plans for that. I truly enjoyed this share today because it was a lot like being right there and learning more about you both and loving every moment.

When Tyler reached for Todd's hand when Todd began to cry - that's when I lost it.... The power of the love that these two men have for one another is a beacon of hope for us all.....
Absofrickenlutely! Your comment encompassed what I was thinking too!!!

The part about Tyler saying how in love he was with Todd is making me cry! amazing episode guys looking forward to more! ♥
Lol us too apparently!!!
Yes! He knew he had found his "person!"
Todd, Tyler, thank you so much for this podcast. To see and hear you talk about your beginning with such raw emotions and honesty brought tears to my eyes. I feel so much privileged to be part of it.
Can't believe how invested I am in your happiness and all that you have to share. I am 76 and feel like a proud grandma.
Sorry you're missing your friend 😔
I feel like I am sitting with you in the dome and having morning coffee. Love this.
YES Richard!!! Let the tears flow, I think it allows you to experience life and love more deeply ❤️
So great to see a couple in love and being their authentic selves.
I know you said you guys are not relationship goals but I beg to differ. Your ability to move through life together and love each other the way you do is what it is all about. LOVE you guys !!
You guys are so wonderfully real, makes me proud to be Canadian.
We’re a different bunch, aren’t we? 🇨🇦
We are a great bunch 🇨🇦
Being (best) friends is a great way to start a relationship. Of course, becoming BFF's once in a relationship also has its merits. I'm ready for either one!
Absolutely. Marrying my best friend was the best decision I’ve ever made.
Loved this podcast so much. My husband just had surgery to remove cancer and amputate his leg and I am spending long hours in the hospital. This was the perfect way for me to pass the time while he rests and heals. I love you guys! Can’t wait for the next one.
Tell him we’re rooting for him!! I’m sure there’s a long recovery road ahead, you two have got this ❤️
OMG I don't know if you are aware of this Todd and Tyler, but even in your responses to us, your viewers, many of whom you have never met and maybe never will (or who knows right? lol)......you exude and mentor your positivity, your encouragement and your caring for others. Just amazing, and so damn awesome to see and one can FEEL it as one reads it! No wonder I keep coming back! I wish everyone would sub to this channel...... @@tangentswithtylerandtodd
Thinking of u both. Much love n healing thoughts. ❤️
The wit & humor. The realness. I feel like I've met two new friends.
Hahaha awww you and squirrel would be in goooood company!
Did not think I could be any more prouder of you guys, but I am. This was so heartwarming and just…..wonderful. ❤️👍
Thank you so much Janet xoxox
You kids are terrific and I'm sure your parents, friends and family are very proud of you and that's all that matters.
You both have a life together and willing to share your "tangents" love it
They are make their money on UA-cam... what happens in 5 years when they are old and fat???
Well done, gentlemen. After listening for a bit, I thought, Tangents is a great title. You start talking about one thing and then go off on a tangent about another and this leads to yet another tangent. You may want to share a photo here and there, if you’d like. This would enhance the experience for the community of viewers. I was so sad at times to hear about your struggles. I knew they existed. So proud that you overcame them and are following your dreams. Such maturity at a young age really impressed me. I only wish you both good things.
I was thinking the same but because it is also a podcast I guess showing pictures isn’t something you will do. But we can hope 😊
Agree on a picture here and there. Great idea. I'd be one proud mama if either was my son!
Couldn't have been more perfect first podcasts
Means more thank you know xoxo
Yaass
You two have so many people who love you, without ever meeting in person. I think that is because you are both real in your approach to life with all the ups and downs, trials and tribulations. You both know that the golden rule is a way of life, it's amazing what karma will bring back to you! I'm firmly of the belief that you get back threefold of what you send out. XOX to you both as well as your furry children. I'm partial to Squirrel AKA Lily. She's just lovely!
Every time you clasped each others hands I cried. Your love is incredibly beautiful…✨🧡🧡✨
Great podcast. You guys are so open and real. Your ability to communicate with each other and with us is top level. I am 71 years old and feel like there were takeaways from this podcast that I can use to improve my communication and perspective. Really love you guys!❤
Can't tell you how happy that makes us!
It was so much fun, we were a little nervous at first but it all faded away to the point we forgot the cameras were even there. We LOVED it!
I’m a counselor. This highly personal AND highly practical material we be golden to guide all kinds of people discovering their adulthood. I will use this gobs!
🥺😭🙏🏼
I really enjoy watching you guys I’m a 77 year old great grandma 👵 keep up the good work love ❤️ you both
OMG guys what an amazing first episode.
Thanks for this Nick ❤️
They didn't talk about that they only make their money on social media and 5 years from know that will end when they get older and fat.
You guys make me proud to be gay. I have watched you guys since you parked on the land and started building nearly 5 years ago and I love you more now than ever before!
Can’t tell you what that means to us ❤️
Screwed up my maths exam, had an awful day, and felt more lonely than usual... All in all just plain exhausting. Watching the first episode of Tangents with T&T with my dog under a blanket is just the best cure for my soul. Thanks, really.
Also, thanks for adding new English words to my vocabulary, cause I didn't know what tangents even meant lol
Wishing you the best,
-Jacob
I’m really sorry to hear about your Maths exam but the irony of you not knowing what a tangent is…literally laughing out loud. You’ll get ‘em next time, Jacob ❤️
Absolutely loved it! And I do love the tangents. However, I am hanging on, waiting to hear the rest of the proposal story.
Stay tuned ❤️❤️
Yes. Lol.
Yes!! Love the podcast, and all the tangents. {Feels like a convo in my own life!} But, wanting to hear the proposal..
The quote Todd meant is this one:
"Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark." ~ Jay Danzie
Thank you. Kathleen
Come on now, let’s get this party started 😊❤
From a 56 year old grandma here in Australia I can honestly say this is the most anticipated podcast I love watch. I have been following your UA-cam for years now and love it ! My husband RECORDED me BOTH SIDES of a 90min TAPE back in 1989...... The Proclaimers .... 500 miles. Been married to him for 33 years and still would walk 500 miles with him
Cant wait for the whole house reveal with the first Tequila sunrise at the pool
I so agree on your comments about home economics. I work as a volunteer for people in debt or whose to who fear the will get in debt. I wish all schools would educate people about this.
Pinkie to pinkie - kapow!!!
Big hugs to you both!
And don't ever be ashamed for crying. The fact that you're strong enough, and wise enough to be able to handle crying is worthy of respect.
The most frightening part of it all is - what if you had never been paired up for studying? Would there ever have been a Tyler and Todd? We would have lost a lot, but you would have lost it all. No Tyler and Todd. It doesn't bear thinking.😵❤
cheers!
If I could have sons I would want you two to be them..Oh and Max too… You two are so kind and loving…😘❤️🇨🇦
Means the world, Penny!
I didn't think it was possible to adore you two more ! Great talk!
Appreciate it so much ❤️
Oh you made me cry!
So proud of you 🎉❤❤❤❤
You guys are awesome! Truly an inspiration!
Love your honesty & truth..❤️ so refreshing!! Looking forward to more. 🥰You guys are beautiful together
Great job guys !! Love your new adventure.
Incredible background and perspective with you guys. I’m amazed that you guys have been connected since freshmen year at university!
Fantastic guys, you made me laugh and you made me cry, look forward to more pod casts from you two. Congrats
Glad I am not the only one that cried at their wedding. I cried walking down the aisle. Could not control it.
I love the homeschooling option I taught my kids at home snd now I’m with a different partner. Things are different but I’m such an educator. I want control of their education.
You brought us right up to date from when you two met to the bit where we came in and you were in the RV. Brilliant!
You made me smile 😁
Us too!
Thank you so much for this, Jim! I wish that this sort of outlet existed when we were younger too. Warms my heart to think that this. Ugh make it a little easier for the upcoming generation ❤️
So excited…can hardly wait! Can’t wait to see what Todd’isms are said. 😅
LOL!
“…Still weren’t dating till the second time I asked but we are counting that now…”. -TODD
You are cracking me up with your interjections! 😂😂😂
I've been a fan since the trail days. It's nice that you have shared the struggles and joys of your relationship.
Thanks for sharing
🏳️🌈❤️💋❤️
Great Podcast and such a wonderful story of soulmates coming together! Can't wait for next week's episode!
CONGRATS boys! Your first podcast was so well done…. but we all knew that it would be! You both are so warm and caring and it just makes it so damn easy to love the four of you!!! ❤️🙏💙💕
Thank you so much!!!
@@tangentswithtylerandtodd Your welcome!!
Love the podcast. Looking forward to the next one
Ronel
Yay went to make coffee and came back and I see this podcast notification. What a way to enjoy my morning .it just got better..love my boys❤
Aw love it Debbie, enjoy!!
Such a great first episode. Can’t wait for more.
Great job guys. I'm sure there are many young folks watching and listening who are learining some invaluable life lessons, both straight and gay. Crying here and being so sensitive is just a sign of what great guys you are and how kind and caring you are
If everyone learned to love like you guys, this world would be a great place to be!
I love your podcast. I was thinking the other day how fun your New Years eve vlogs were when you were traveling. Well this is just as good. Now I get to look forward to Sundays and Wednesdays. Take good care of yourselves. Love, NIcole
Greetings from Australia! I can't express how much I enjoyed this podcast.
Stephan
Means more than you know xoxo
So very true. Thanks for the reminder… very timely ❤️
Great job, guys! It’s always a fun time when we get to hang with y’all!
Yes it’s me again,,,,, can i just say that your approach to life will always keep you surrounded with good Karma.
Congratulations, I just watched your podcast, and I LOVE IT. I look forward to Sundays to watch your new video. And now Wednesday ❤
I'm so glad you guy are doing this pod cast. I miss you when you skip a week or two on your other channel. So this is great just so I can lay eyes on you two and see what you are up to. It gives me the feels.... :)
Really enjoyed your first podcast. Thank you for your honesty and sharing yourselves with us.
You really do cross the age barriers with your kindness and sincerity. Both my niece and I watch you and equally enjoy your videos.
