Lindey I saw three items you should have at the wrapping station.
1. You need the heavy duty tape dispenser. I have two of them on my wrapping desk Each dispenser holds side by side the two inch tape roll and the regular scotch tape roll. In one dispenser I have clear tapes. In the other I have a roll of the two inch E-Bay branded tape and another regular scotch tape. I have a tape gun too but I seldom use it. Much easier to pull off tape with the dispenser to tape labels on packages.
2. A cutting board. I have my bubble wrap hanging from the ceiling. I can pull it out and across the cutting board and custom cut the bubble wrap. A very hand item with many other uses
3. A large screen TV and Lazy Boy Chair I watch you on UA-cam while I list books!
PS Body glitter... My wife Belly Dances. Lots of dancers use glitter Try that!

Organization is soooo important! Also best to start being organized early on so it doesn't become a problem later on

I agree with gymnastics. Also cheerleaders at the high school and competition teams. The coaches may buy it in bulk to sell or distribute to their students. We were forced to buy specific items from gymnastics and cheerleading schools. Advertise as Halloween makeup (mermaids, cheerleaders, fairies etc)

In my next move I will have the amount of space you do. Current move wasn't really planned but we had to get out of a bad housing situation. It is an improvement but was smaller then I wanted.
Set up a little kiosk outside a festival and sell that glitter... turn it into a vacation and go to Coachella!

I have that same 6color lamp haha. I put soft white in half and brite white in the other half so I have casual light and study light with a twist. Its such a good lamp.

You could do something with the body glitter like adding it to your customers packages as a little thank you gift or something. Or like purchase 5 times and get a free body glitter thing or whatever. You know I mean?

I love doing the flea market thing, Just load up a dozen totes to fill a table or two and people go crazy.
You should put these items with ID #'s, would be easier. Somewhat organized, but this method probably takes more time.

As a percentage how much of the goods that you buy have to be written off as damaged/unsaleable ?
Depends on where I’m getting it from. Wholesale Ninjas maybe a little less than 5% but other places maybe 10-20%. Also not just saying that because they (wholesale ninjas) sponsor my videos LOL
Great example of a workspace. So it looks like you have to know make up to find something. Your poor husband would not be as quick as you in shipping sold items. Are you afraid of a water line leaking onto your inventory?
Definitely a concern. When we moved in we had a brand new water pump installed with a battery backup. We also have sensors that scream at us if there is water on the floor. Never had an issue but trying to look ahead and prevent. All of the shelving units are also about 4-6” off the floor as well
No wonder I can't get rid of facial mists.. LOL
When you buy returned items. Do you review the item & then you list it as an "Open Box"? Or you just list it as Pre-owned? How you list it? Thanks

Technically she is a 1099 contractor rather than an employee. She comes in and works when she wants to. She is a full time real estate agent and helps me in her downtime 😊

We just want to subsidize income. We are starting from absolute Ground Zero other than we have her. By January 1st I will grade her and our particular position and we both think we have a winner.
