Yes people say the first year is the hardest but I can't relate . For my marriage I felt like it was a year of growth and understanding each other better and adjusting to living together . I'm on my third year of marriage and every year is getting better and putting the year before to shame 😂

I tried betterhelp and I hated it😭. I had two therapist from there and they weren’t good. Maybe you’ll get luckier than me. I found the best therapist in person wise. I got lucky, she is AMAZING. I hope you tackle everything you want to work on. I appreciate you bringing up feeling you should get it bc the black community is so anti therapy. Anyway I loved the vlog as usual it was amazing and never boring 💗. And happy ANNIVERSARY 💝
Omg yea the black community (especially Jamaicans in my case) are SOOOO anti therapy and they the ones who need it the most m, just too prideful to admit it. Not me though 😂 and ugh I hate to hear that, I just have no idea where to start on looking for one. BH seems like the easiest and quickest way.

Yaasss Italy vlog! They couldnt handle all that melanin popping over there...they had to stare, lol. I probably wouldnt have gotten much footage either. You gotta live in the moment! But thank you for sharing what you did catch. No more tiktok recipes girl. That woman was just trying to go viral cuz i would NEVER make oatmeal with just water🤢. You slayed that wedding look and i hope you do find a great therapist you can talk to. Mental health is just as important as physical health and even if we have a happy childhood, trauma is still lurking. I tried that app and i was able to find a black woman that i really liked because marriage really tries you and you need someone to talk things through with, especially if you plan on addidng kids to the mix. Cant wait until the next one!💕
