I love how Jonathan had that look on his face concerning the manipulation. Because I was over here with my mouth wide-opened. That young lady is young and definitely need to move on because that manipulation is a form of abuse and just straight toxic.
Great advice y’all gave. But if you are unevenly yoke you will have problems. The Bible says marry only in the Lord, three fold cord cannot be torn into two and if both are applying Bible principles you will be happy even when you have disagreements which you will because no two persons are alike you will not agree on everything but your love for each other will last.😊
Love what Jonathan said about soul mates. It's so true that we are all out here trying our best and constantly falling short. Sometimes i picture God is up there like, ok, I can still work with that lol. He's so good to us, because after all, he can't make us make the right choice. It's hard to do, but we should be allowing Him to guide and lead us so we are in His will, but we all for short and need His grace sometimes. We would have to make perfect choices to end up with our perfect person, and none of us are there yet.
Wheeew chile. That wedding one hit. So I'm once divorced and when my ex and I split, I was still close to his mom and siblings. And because of that, HE did not want me invited to anything he was attending. Mind you he is the one who ended the marriage and had a new girl as soon as we made our separation official and I moved out lol. I'm like nigga you broke my heart. I think it was guilt. I couldnt see my friend (his sister) graduate! Like really!?!? And she said she would never let him dictate those things again. Fast forward 11 yrs, we are both remarried, and his sisters and I grew apart which was probably his plan 🤷🏾♀️ and the one I was closest to is now besties with his current wife. Also, because we fell off so much our interactions are awkward when we run into each other at mutual friend functions. She's engaged and I already know I'm not getting invited to her wedding. Mind you she was my bridesmaid In both of my weddings. Her twin is pregnant and I found out from their half sister (who is my bestie) about the baby shower being soon. Divorce definitely sucks and trying to maintain certain relationships are just not possible.
