Great Video and Brilliant Style Ernest. A couple of questions, is YHM your local or is YYZ? Also is it the norm for aircraft to be pushed into their gates or was that just an exception for the Maleth A330? I am amazed at how close (even through the zoom) and obstacle free you get. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for watching! :) My local airport is YYZ but I’m no stranger to head down to YHM if they get anything cool or out of the ordinary- I always like a change of scenery. Per your other question, at the Signature North Lounge FBO on the north side of Pearson any aircraft that’s larger than a Boeing 757 gets towed/pushed in due to wingspan and engine blast restrictions. That’s why the Maleth was pushed in to their parking place in the video. I’ll have a few more videos in the next little bit of some other action up there and you’ll see the same thing happen.

Thanks! Yes, the MD-83 was a great catch, been a very long time since one was at YYZ, unfortunately at night but still tried to make the best of it!

Were you aware that we make the landing gear for many of these aircraft in Oakville?
Which aircraft are we referring to here?

Of course A380, 747 and 757 are no longer in production. 777 production went to Heroux-Devtek in Kitchener.
