Hi @reynardlowell I've gone through a lot of your videos and website, but I don't see any links for curtains, I love the curtain choice you made for like 5 videos are they all the same curtain?
I absolutely need more of these videos please. I have a little sonic toddler but I also really want to maintain a scandi-style home without having to museum wax/glue everything down lol
i just bought a castlery sectional thanks to your videos. i am now broke 😭 omg i just spent 3k on the hamilton chaise sofa. i almost bought a $500 sectional from wayfair but you convinced me otherwise.
Hi Reynard, could you tell us from which book you've learn about the interior design rules? (like the siz of artwork should be 1/2 or 2/3 size of sofa or the placement of curtain should be 10-15 cm from window?) i really want to learn more about that... maybe you can make more videos about that. thankyou
Could you please do a video on how to hang different things around your home? e.g. how to hang different frames, mirrors, shelves etc. on walls because DIYing that stuff can be quite intimidating!
I really like the design layout and color board! The only thing I might change is the dinning table. Instead of a rectangular table, I would get another round table that is bigger the coffee table. I think this would enhance the loop circulation as kids like to run around. It also enhance the continuity and flow of between living and dinning space.
@Deb where do you get that from? Lol Also I thought about my previous comment, and an oval table would fit better and compliment the round table than the straight edge rectangular table.
new subscriber here. very nice all around. great choices of colors and textures, as well as pieces that are friendly to the touch. as a parent of 2 little boys, i'd avoid the potted plants on the floors and recommend some nice looking artificial plants as little hands tend to dig into the dirt and/or knock things over from time to time. also, light colored rugs are difficult to keep clean. nevertheless, overall, i really liked the finished look and will be stealing many ideas from your channel. i really like your presentation style and approach. thanks!
I like this new meta of super light bright beige/white upholstery BUT I'm afraid it's gonna get dirty and stained insanely quick ...especially since I have a puppy but i still want the scandi look, any suggestions?
I love love the color except with kids.. 3 boys with adhd? the sofa will easily turn into different color in a matter of 2weeks😂 So I have to choose a different color that can camouflage the stains if ever lol
Hey reynald.suggest for the before and after shots. Instead of showing all the before shots first and then the after shots try interchanging back and forth. It’ll give us viewers a better idea of the transformation when we see the same room/view right after each other. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Reynard, this is beautifully executed work! Absolutely stunning! 😍 I just wish the curtains had increased number of panels... the current ones look a little flimsy...
Hi Reynard, another quality result congrats. About to embark on the exact same floor size apartment. What I’m interested in knowing is around what size tv for the wall is best versus the optimal distance from the couch for 65, 76 & 85 inch units. My couch will not be able to go against the opposite wall due to the entry to the primary bedroom so would have been good to touch on distances as your client was weighing up 75 & 85 inch tv’s. Thx.
I have another project coming up with similar layout but with a 65" tv, so we pushed the couch forward, viewing distance around 2.4m. There should be a calculator online that touches on optimal viewing distance, although bare in mind that these are usually centered around the tv resolution and tv watching experience, so you can always go further than recommended for casuals, but wouldn't recommend closer than the optimal distance as you can start seeing pixels, or get fatigued easily from head movement.
@Reynard Lowell - Man, I'm a big fan of yours and your amazing job! 👏 Just one question - where did you get that beautiful lamp on top of the sideboard in the dining area?
I was also looking for it and think I found it, or at least one that looks extremely similar. It's called the "Mele 1 light tall table lamp" but I can only find it for sale in Australia.
Hey anyone in the comments section able to vouch for Castlery? I know this is a Castlery sponsored video, but I'm looking to buy a bunch of furniture for my new apartment and like the style of their stuff. I have however seen a lot of negative reviews on Reddit about the customer service and material quality?
So, you guys and gals cut avocados right through the pit in Australia, eh? And, on top of that, you put both halves right back in the open dish? Just like some explanation please. I find this quite humorous and curious.
With all due respect, I don't think the place is kids friendly just because they avoided sharp edges. The light colored fabric couch, rug and dining chairs will all be easily stained by the kid Looks great today but I don't think it will look as good in six months
Bro goes on to create light coloured rugs, chairs and sofa for a kid friendly home.... I'll give them 1 month tops. I think people should select interior decorators who has kids when you want to design for a family. I'm going to note this as a tip.
Depends on the fabric. You can have kids and light coloured items if you choose the right fabric. Or you choose other solutions. Our sofa is white leather with a five year old, two cats and it is easy to maintain. The kids friendly fabric will cost more. But it is possible. And cheaper in the long run.
Beautiful video as always. I am happy as I watch your chanel grow from a few subscribers. However, I will advise less talking which can be replaced by text.
While the house is beautiful the painting ruins the calm atmosphere the pallet created It looks like a piece from Walmart and not original or unique maybe you could advice the client on what might work or not in the space Since the paining is so huge and in bright contrasting colors it looks like a misfit in the serene backdrop
I love this, but not as a kid-friendly space unless they are extremely well-behaved & won't spill anything on that really light furniture fabric... The rounded edges are very nice overall, kids or no kids. ^^

Would have loved to see the kitchen area and how it fits with the rest
same here!
It would have been nice to see the full view of the open plan(kitchen, dining and living). Next time please include that in your videos
I like the couch, the dinning and the lamp next to the dinning table a lot. Really nice ambience.
These videos have revolutionized the way I look at my space. Oh my gosh to all the simple but breathtaking makeovers. Love it!
I absolutely need more of these videos please. I have a little sonic toddler but I also really want to maintain a scandi-style home without having to museum wax/glue everything down lol
So beautiful, calm, and warm. Well done. Reynard!
Your videos are so inspiring. I love the way you match furnitures and the vibe you transmit
Gosh, I fell in love with those posters from the first sight😍

Very nice atmosphere, well balanced (also space wise) and good job on the kid friendly environment 😊
I enjoy your videos. I would like to see more content on how to design for smaller spaces. Thank you!
I've got a smaller studio apartment project in the works, should be completed before mid-year. Stay tuned!
@@reynardlowell : Awesome! Thanks!
Nice one. Light and airy feel.

A lovely inviting space
Lovely transformation!

Wow new furnitures again. Enjoy shopping ha ha ha
You did a great job!🙌🏾
Hi, great takeaway ideas

How about a light over the table from the ceiling?
Looks beautiful 😍 I love your series

Ahh that makes sense! Thanks for the tip.
Hello from Nigeria. I love the settings and ambience of this living room.
Can you please tell me the colour of this couch?
We got them in the Dove grey colour.
Love your videos and design
I'd love the curtains link, pls!
Beautiful makeover, where did you source the curtains from?
Reynard, this is beautifully executed work! Absolutely stunning! 😍 I just wish the curtains had increased number of panels... the current ones look a little flimsy...
Yes I agree! They were left in the box for months as well so when we unpacked them for the shoot it was a bit wrinkly and doesn't look as full.
What type of curtains are those?
@@reynardlowell I guess having a back lining for linen curtains is a must because it wrinkles too fast...
@@OGCJ10 these are linen curtains
Love your work.❤Could you please tell what material you have used for curtains?
Absolutely beautiful.🔥😍
Beautiful. Where is the dining room side table from pls?
Ikea Besta, I believe
It's unfortunate the floor lamp doesn't ship to Canada, love the ones you pick.
Have you got a link for the table lamp?
Here you go: www.beaconlighting.com.au/mele-1-light-tall-table-lamp-in-ash-frost
Can you please tell me what colour is this couch? I love the mood, the ambience and coolness of the room.
I am your fan from Nigeria.

Great videos
Well THIS made me want to de-clutter my apartment.
Love your channel,Any chance you we could’ve see a wardrobe tour ?
Could *
@Reynard Lowell - Man, I'm a big fan of yours and your amazing job! 👏
Just one question - where did you get that beautiful lamp on top of the sideboard in the dining area?
Great job. What is the paint shade used on the walls
What color temperature are the lights behind the couch and on the slat console?
What tools and software do you use for designing process?
Amazing
Have fun cleaning food stains out of the dining chairs lol
Hi Reynard. Nice video! Do you mind sharing the name of the place where you got the plants? Thanks
If you're in Sydney check out Flower Power, they have several stores across the state.
Can someone please tell me where the sideboard is from next to the dining table ? 🙏🏽
Bro your video superb 👌
Absolute master ❤
Are you Malaysian if I may ask?
Hi Reynard! Amazing job with the apartment!! Where is the ribbed lamp on the sideboard from? It's literally perfect
I was also looking for it and think I found it, or at least one that looks extremely similar. It's called the "Mele 1 light tall table lamp" but I can only find it for sale in Australia.

Where is the coffee table come from ?
I left a link for it in the description if you want to check it out.
❤️❤️
Where is the ribbed table lamp from?
❤❤❤❤
Wat app are u using for the design?
What is the name of the big plant next to the tv unit? Where can I find one?
It's a rubber plant (Ficus 'Robusta').
So, you guys and gals cut avocados right through the pit in Australia, eh? And, on top of that, you put both halves right back in the open dish? Just like some explanation please. I find this quite humorous and curious.
The vases are not kid-friebdly though :)
awesome 😍

The location of furniture still the same

I can bet your client was indian😂
The tv should have been on the opposite wall. Visitors shouldn’t see stay-in guests coming in and out of the second bedroom
Second bedroom is for the kids, hence it’s better for the parents to be able to watch.
I love this, but not as a kid-friendly space unless they are extremely well-behaved & won't spill anything on that really light furniture fabric...
The rounded edges are very nice overall, kids or no kids. ^^
What design software Are you using for the 3D layout
That'd be Sketchup.
Where is the lamp from in the dining areA??
