Love what you did with the balcony. Balconies are often under-utilized and overlooked as an essential part of a home. You made it an important part of their home and it takes advantage of that gorgeous view of the city. I would dish out a book and a cup of joe every once in a while to clear my mind if I have a balcony like that.
I love the look of everything. but some ideas don't seem practical. The floor plan of the balcony gives a sense of space, but I would be afraid of items falling off the balcony with the skinny table flush with the balcony rail . The white cushions in the cooking/prep area are even more apt to become discolored and stained than white cushions in a living room. You have great ideas about impractical decorating trends in other videos.
Thanks for using our products! The Composite Tiles you choose and the combination of warm textured wood, mirrored backsplash and ambient lighting is fantastic!!!🙌
Very thoughtful function and design for a small space while still allowing so much room to move. A useful insight into the decision making process of what was originally considered through to the final choice. Great episode !
I was a bit surprised that you didn't use a counter height bar table with counter height stools, so it would be a more comfortable food prep space. I personally prefer sitting at a regular height table, but for food prep, it's not as nice. I really enjoy your videos and how you give very practical form and function advice.
Thanks for ths vid! I enjoyed watching it. Your design choices are superb - combined form & function and didn't look like it would break the bank. Congrats to you & to the clients!
Thank you again for this excellent episode! I am really curious about the paint color in the living room, it’s feels bright and airy yet complements the furniture so nicely!
I especially love the bar and your explanations behind your thought process! Just goes to show that sometimes design is trial and error :) Where are the couch in the living room and the couch in the office from? :O
@@reynardlowell I love that dining table, but unfortunately it's not available in my country. I didn't know that IKEA adjusts their product line by country.
Hey, would love to know the brand/model of the couch. I looked at the product list but the couch in the video does look like the one on the link. Thanks!

I really like that you go over the design options you have rejected and why.
Creating 3 different backsplashes for the bar is such an interesting idea. The bar looks unique and stylish
I love your videos…..no histrionics, no demolition, just sensible, achievable and beautiful design.

I love that you used Ikea items as it's easy for me to source out if I wanted to re-create the look
What sofa is the one in the living area (not the sofa bed)?
Watching your videos after work, during sunset😊... magical✨
Beautifully done, very elegant. For myself, I don’t like the off-white couch, but the apartment as a whole does look very welcoming and attractive.
Absolutely love that bar area idea. I might pinch that for my place. 😊
👍
absolutely love it! just wonder about accidentally knocking a glass or dish off the balcony table 😅

How comfortable are the patio bar chairs?
I like your design very much, nice and minimal, may I know where to buy the shoe cabinet and rattan mirror near the door way ? Thank you 😊
Shoe cabinet is Bissa from IKEA, mirror is from Kmart (Australia).
Thank you so much 😊
From where are the chairs ?
Looks amazing!! What design program do you use for your 3D renders?
We use Sketchup here
It looks good, and nicely done.. such a creative thought to make the kitchen wall shelf look seamlessly attached to the wall.. nice one. 👏

What city is this in?
what's the rug?
Looks like a hospital. Just white with white.
